FLEXIBLY CONFIGURABLE CONVERTER UNITS
A converter unit has a main printed circuit board (MPCB) on which at least one functional module is arranged. By the functional module, at least one AC voltage supplied to the functional module via first power connections of the functional module can be converted into at least two DC voltage potentials output via second power connections. The MPCB has conductor paths via which control signals can be supplied to control connections, and the MPCB has conductor paths which extend from a control unit to first and second control connections of the MPCB and via which the first and second control signals can be supplied to the first and second control connections. The functional module is at least mechanically connected to the MPCB at least in the region of the first and second control connections such that the functional module does not use the first and/or the second control signals.
Electric-power conversion apparatus
An electric-power conversion apparatus has a heat sink in which one side portion out of a pair of side portions that extend in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of a motor is formed shorter than the other side portion thereof; a lower case to which the heat sink is fixed is fastened to a driving apparatus through the intermediary of fixing portions at the both end portions of each of the pair of side portions of the heat sink or at respective positions in the vicinity of the both end portions of each of the pair of side portions of the heat sink; at least one of a reactor and capacitors is disproportionately disposed to be closer to said one side portion than to said the other side portion of the heat sink.

A gate driver includes: driver boards mountable on an IGBT module which is a driving-target external device; gate driver circuits which are formed on the driver boards and each apply a drive signal generated using power and a signal which are externally input through an input connector, to semiconductor elements of the IGBT module; and an insulating surrounding member disposed to surround a peripheral edge of the input-side driver board.
Enclosure for power supply circuit board and power supply unit
An enclosure for a power supply circuit board includes a plurality of sheet metal members combined to accommodate a power supply circuit board. The plurality of sheet metal members includes a first sheet metal member. The first sheet metal member includes a main plate having a flat plate shape, and an inner extension connected to the main plate through a bent portion located at an end of the main plate. The inner extension includes a circuit board support for supporting the power supply circuit board. The circuit board support faces the main plate and is separated from the main plate in a direction perpendicular to the main plate. The circuit board support is located within an inner space surrounded by the plurality of sheet metal members.
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM WITH ELECTRONIC MEASURING DEVICE AND COMPRISING A SEAL AND AN ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY INCLUDING SUCH AN ELECTRONIC SYSTEM
An electronic system includes a power electronics module for converting a DC current to an AC current. The power electronics module includes a first busbar and a second busbar for supplying the power electronics module with the DC current, a third busbar able to supply a phase winding of a rotating electric machine, and a control pin receiving a control signal for driving the power electronics module. An electronic control module separate from the power electronics module is configured so as to generate the control signal. The electronic control module includes an electronic measuring device, a support including an opening and carrying the electronic control module on a first side of the support, a measurement housing including a cavity, the measurement housing being located on a second side of the support opposite the first side of the support. The electronic measuring device penetrates into the opening in the support and into the cavity in the measurement housing. A sealing means providing a seal between the measurement housing and the support.
Compact motor starter
A motor starter has a housing, a contactor portion disposed within the housing, a motor protection system disposed within the housing adjacent to the contactor portion in a vertical direction, and an actuation system disposed within the housing. The contactor portion may switch between an open position and a closed position, in which, in the open position, current does not flow through the motor starter and, in the closed position, current is allowed to flow through the motor starter. The motor protection system includes a plurality of components that may move the contactor portion to the open position based on a current flow, in which the actuation system may move the contactor portion between the closed position and the open position in response to receiving an input.
INVERTER
An inverter includes a case, and the case includes an upper case and a lower case attached to a bottom surface side of the upper case. The upper case includes a flange portion constituting an attachment portion of the lower case, and a connector connecting portion to which a connector is connected. The connector connecting portion includes an outer wall portion that forms an outer wall of the connector connecting portion. At least a part of the flange portion and at least a part of the outer wall portion are disposed so as to overlap each other in a direction in which the connector connecting portion and the structure face each other.
Power electronics unit having integrated current sensor for forming a module; and drive train
A power electronics unit (1) for an electric drive unit, having an electrically conductive carrier element (2) and a power semiconductor module (3) arranged on the carrier element (2). The power semiconductor module (3) is designed to convert a direct current into a three-phase alternating current, and a current sensor (4) used to determine the alternating current is integrated such that it forms a main module (5) with the carrier element (2) and the power semiconductor module (3). A drive train for a motor vehicle having such a power electronics unit (1) is also provided.
Power converter and air-conditioning apparatus employing the same
A power converter includes a first substrate on which a module including a switching element is mounted, a second substrate on which a smoothing capacitor is mounted, and a terminal block connecting the first substrate and the second substrate, with the first and second substrates located to face each other. The terminal block includes a current path over which at least one of current flowing from the module to the smoothing capacitor and current flowing from the smoothing capacitor to the module flows.

A power module for a transport climate control system that supplies power to a plurality of components of the transport climate control system is provided. The power module includes a power module housing, a power terminal, and a power protection shroud. The power terminal extends through an external surface of the power module housing. The power protection shroud extends from the external surface of the power module housing. The power protection shroud includes a curved wall having a horseshoe shape that surrounds the power terminal.
