The present invention provides an electricity storage unit in which the influence of noise from a circuit portion can be suppressed, and the circuit portion and a power storage element can be consolidated. The electricity storage unit includes a circuit portion on which an electronic component is mounted, power storage elements, and a holding member that holds the power storage elements. The holding member includes an electrically conductive shield wall portion between the circuit portion and the power storage elements, and the shield wall portion shields noise generated by the circuit portion. The electricity storage unit may further have an electrically conductive heat dissipation member that dissipates heat from the circuit portion.

POWER MODULE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME

The present invention relates to a power module and a method for manufacturing same, the power module comprising: a ceramic substrate including a ceramic base and an electrode pattern formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the ceramic base; a PCB substrate disposed above the ceramic substrate and including an electrode pattern; a plurality of through-holes formed in at least one of the ceramic substrate and the PCB substrate; and a connection pin coupled to the through-holes and connecting the electrode pattern of the ceramic substrate and the electrode pattern of the PCB substrate to each other. The present invention has advantages in that it is easy to fix the connection pin to the ceramic substrate, the position accuracy of the connection pin is improved, and the convenience of assembly is increased.

An inverter unit (100) includes an inverter (110), an inverter housing (120) and an insulating member (130). The inverter (110) drives an electric motor (200) and includes at least one power module (112) for converting a High Voltage (HV) Direct Current (DC) to a three-phase Alternating Current (AC) that drives the electric motor (200). The inverter housing (120) receives the inverter (110). The power module (112) is mounted on an end wall (120a) of the inverter housing (120) by means of bolts (114). The insulating member (130) corresponding to each bolt (114) is disposed between a head portion (114a) of the corresponding bolt (114) and the power module (112).

To provide a mounting fixture for a motor driver and a method of mounting the motor driver. A mounting fixture is used for mounting a motor driver on a power magnetics cabinet. The mounting fixture has a rod-like shape of a smaller diameter than multiple mounting holes of the motor driver. For mounting of the motor driver by fixing the mounting holes and multiple screw holes of the power magnetics cabinet with screws, the mounting fixture is inserted in advance into the mounting hole and the screw hole. The mounting fixture is fixed in any screw hole of the power magnetics cabinet. The position of the mounting hole of the motor driver is determined using the mounting fixture. The motor driver is fixed to the power magnetics cabinet with the screws.
