The invention relates to a power electronics unit (1) for an electric drive unit, having an electrically conductive carrier element (2) and a power semiconductor module (3) arranged on the carrier element (2), wherein the power semiconductor module (3) is designed to convert a direct current into a three-phase alternating current, wherein a current sensor (4) used to determine the alternating current is integrated such that it forms a main module (5) with the carrier element (2) and the power semiconductor module (3). The invention further relates to a drive train for a motor vehicle having such a power electronics unit (1).
INTEGRATED DIRECT MOUNT BRANCH PROTECTION FOR VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE
An integrated power protection and conditioning system is disclosed. The integrated power protection and conditioning system includes a variable frequency drive (VFD) having a VFD housing and a power conversion circuit contained within the VFD housing and operable to provide a controlled output power to a load. The integrated power protection and conditioning system also includes a branch protection device having a branch protection housing and a power protection circuit contained within the outer housing and operable to selectively interrupt current flow from a power source to the VFD during a fault condition. The branch protection device is coupled to the VFD, such that the branch protection device is integrated with the VFD.
CONVERTER
A converter and a method of manufacturing a converter. The converter includes electrical components and a cover enclosing a first group of the electrical components of the converter, wherein a second group of the electrical components are printed electrical components which are embedded in the cover of the converter. The cover of the converter includes a user interface, and the user interface includes printed electrical components from the second group of electrical components.

A charging device, including a housing, a power module, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a controller; the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are respectively configured to collect a real-time temperature and a real-time relative humidity in an interior of the housing and provide the real-time temperature and real-time relative humidity to the controller; the controller compares the real-time temperature with a threshold temperature and the controller compares the real-time relative humidity with a threshold humidity; upon one of following conditions being met, the controller sets the power module to a heating dew-removal mode, the conditions includes: the real-time temperature is less than or equal to the threshold temperature and greater than 0 degree; the real-time relative humidity is greater than or equal to the threshold humidity; in the heating dew-removal mode. The present disclosure also relates to a method for preventing dew condensation of a charging device.
Power supply with separable communication module
A power supply with a separable communication module includes a casing with a port; a main board placed in the casing and having a power conversion circuit; a sub-board electrically connected to the power conversion circuit and provided with at least one first connector; and a communication module. The power conversion circuit has at least one electrical connection terminal. A first interface of the first connector faces the port. The communication module includes a first circuit board and a communication circuit disposed on the first circuit board, the first circuit board has an electrical connection part electrically connected to the communication circuit, the electrical connection part has a first state of connecting with the first interface, and a second state of detaching from the first interface.

The present invention discloses an electromagnetic shielding assembly including an electromagnetic interference shielding component including a plate body and a bending portion. An included angle is formed between the plate body and the bending portion, and the plate body and the bending portion cover an input socket of a power supply. The electromagnetic interference shielding component includes at least one grounding pin disposed on the plate body or/and the bending portion and configured to ground with and screw to a housing of the power supply, and a welding pin disposed on a side of the bending portion away from the plate body and electrically connected to an auxiliary circuit board. The electromagnetic interference shielding component provides functions of EMI shielding, lightning (current) discharging and fixture, which can simplify the structure, increase the discharging speed and time, and reduce the amount of disturbance of the large current instantaneous to the ground.
