Arrangement system

An arrangement system composed of a plurality of electrical/electronic components particularly of a voltage converter device of a power supply system for use in oil/natural gas production composed of at least one support member that is provided on at least one side with a surrounded accommodating recess, a circuit carrier which is arranged in the accommodating recess and electrically connected to the components, and a holding member fixing the circuit carrier and/or the components in the accommodating recess. An insulating material is arranged at least in part between the circuit carrier and/or components and the support member. Such an arrangement system permits an adequate electrical insulation of the corresponding components and optionally also of the circuit carrier in relation to the support member together with an adequately high heat conduction. At the same time an arrangement system for components is provided that is mechanically stable and permits a good electrical insulation of the components with heat transfer to the outside with respect to the arrangement system.

Methods and systems for direct current power system subsea boosting

A subsea boosting module for use with a direct current (DC) power system includes a housing defining at least one interior chamber. A fluid pump is disposed within the interior chamber. An electric motor is disposed within the interior chamber and drivingly coupled to the fluid pump. A plurality of power components is disposed within the interior chamber to deliver power to the electric motor.

A subsea power supply arrangement includes a closed power supply module realized to contain a pressure-compensated main fluid volume; and a number of power cell arrangements arranged in the interior of the closed power supply module. At least one power cell arrangement includes a metal capacitor housing realized to contain a capacitor bank in a fluid volume, and a barrier between an interior fluid volume of the power cell arrangement and the main fluid volume. A subsea power cell arrangement for use in such a subsea power supply arrangement is also disclosed.

Subsea closed loop cooling system

The present invention relates to a closed loop subsea cooling system with a subsea cooler. A coolant pump assembly is located in a dedicated, sealed, gas filled, coolant pump housing in coolant fluid connection with the at least one subsea cooler. A heat sink in a dedicated sealed, gas filled, electronics housing is in coolant fluid connection with the subsea cooler. An accumulator is in coolant fluid connection with the subsea cooler, whereby the electric coolant pump is adapted to pump coolant through the at least one subsea cooler, the at least one heat sink and back to the at least one electric coolant pump assembly, forming a closed loop subsea cooling circuit.

An apparatus for providing DC output voltage to a subsea electrical device includes an input power supply module and a plurality of DC-to-DC voltage converter modules. The input power supply module provides DC input voltage to each of the DC-to-DC voltage converter modules.
