Provided is a tourniquet device including a belt body and a timer, wherein the timer includes: a housing having a plurality of bulges; a connecting component arranged on the outside of the housing to connect the belt body to the timer; and a timing unit and a warning unit, which are arranged inside the housing, wherein the belt body is clamped between the bulges and the connecting component. In the tourniquet device, the timer is small, simple to operate, and not easy to fall off from the belt body. In addition, the tourniquet device is suitable for users' conventional operation without undue difficulties in use.

This tool is for treating an excised end of a body organ and is provided with: a long and thin, flexible first band section having a distal end and a proximal end that are made of a biodegradable-absorptive polymer; a long and thin, flexible second band section having a distal end and a proximal end that are made of a biodegradable-absorptive polymer; and a first locking section having a first ratchet claw made of a biodegradable-absorptive polymer, wherein the first locking section is formed at the distal end of the second band section, the distal end of the first band section and the proximal end of the second band section are joined together, at least one ratchet tooth that is capable of meshing with the first ratchet claw is formed on the external surface of the first band section, and the engagement of the ratchet tooth with the first ratchet claw forms a flattened ring which is used to bind a body organ so as to ligate a tube or cavity that opens at an excised end of the body organ.

TOURNIQUET
Apparatuses, components, devices, methods, and systems for tourniquets are provided. An example tourniquet includes a tensioning device having a housing and a pull-cord assembly and a strap that passes through the housing. An example strap has a first end and a second end. The example strap is arranged to together with the housing form a loop for encircling a limb. An example pull-cord assembly is configured to advance the strap through the housing to tighten the loop.
Holster and tourniquet device and method of use
A tourniquet assembly is provided comprising an external band and an internal band with a first and second semi-permanent adhesive members. The external band has a first connecting member affixed thereto and a second connecting member removably connected thereto. The internal band is designed to form a loop having a circumference around a limb for constricting blood flow in the limb when the external band forms a loop when the first connecting member is attached to the second connecting member. The tourniquet assembly further comprises a tensioning member connected to the internal band and configured to apply direct tension to the internal band without applying direct tension to the external band. Herein, the circumference formed by the internal band is reduced when the tensioning member is actuated, thereby compressing the limb when the tourniquet assembly is placed around the limb, and thereby reducing blood flow to the limb.
MEDICAL DEVICE FOR BLOOD VESSEL COMPRESSION
Present invention relates to a medical device for blood vessels compression that is applied to a limb of a patient in order to achieve local haemostasis. The compression device of the invention is equipped with a compression control mechanism distal to the compression area, which controls the compression of the device onto the patient's limb by adjusting the tension of the strap used for attaching the device to the patient's limb. The device further comprises a stabilising support, which prevents the device from changing its position, when it is applied to the patient's limb.

A wearable device comprises a tourniquet configured to occlude blood flow in an artery of a wearer. The wearable device comprises a wearable item quick release connector connected to the tourniquet, and configured to removably connect to a wearable item.
Simplified Field Use Junctional Tourniquets
A junctional tourniquet apparatus and related methods of use. An exemplary tourniquet has an inverted cone shape, wherein a narrower end has a mushroom shaped base that is pressed against a compression target and a broader end has a plurality of pass-through slots for straps. Another exemplary tourniquet has a broad plate component and a handle component. The handle component has a mushroom shaped base on a first end and a handle on a second end. The handle component passes through the center of the plate component with threads that allow the handle component to compress a target by twisting the handle.

A device constricts vessels and includes a constricting belt and a lock. One end of the constricting belt is arranged in a fixed manner in the lock and one end of the constricting belt is movably arranged in the lock. The constricting belt and the lock include a material having a smooth surface. In a closed state, the lock is a smooth, cube-shaped or elongated body, which includes no further external openings or projections apart from the feedings for the constricting belt.
