TWO-PART SURGICAL GUIDE
Certain aspects relate to a two-part surgical guide system for use in surgical procedures such as osteotomies. Certain aspects provide a first part including a contact surface configured to conform to a portion of an anatomy of the patient to substantially restrict movement of the first part with respect to the anatomy of the patient. The first part further includes guiding elements configured to receive reference pins and guide placement of the reference pins in the anatomy of the patient. Certain aspects further provide a second part, separate from the first part. The second part includes apertures. Each aperture is configured to receive a reference pin and substantially restrict movement of the second part with respect to the anatomy of the patient. The second part further includes a functional element for guiding a procedure on the anatomy of the patient.
Bone positioning guide
A bone positioning guide may include a main body member, a shaft, and a bone engagement member. The shaft can be movably connected to the main body member and have the bone engagement member rotatably coupled to its distal end. The bone engagement member can have a surface configured to engage a bone. The main body member can also include a tip opposite the bone engagement member for engaging a second bone. In use, the bone engagement member may be positioned in contact with a medial side of a first metatarsal while the tip is positioned in contact with a lateral side of a different metatarsal, such as a second metatarsal. The shaft can then be moved to advance the bone engagement member toward the tip, causing realignment of the first metatarsal.
PATIENT-SPECIFIC CUTTING GUIDE
A patient-specific cutting guide system comprises at least two instruments. One is a positioner configured to locate a fiducial marker on a patient's bone and to be secured in three axes. The second is a cutting guide that cooperates with the positioner and delineates cuts to be made. The instruments are designed from images of the bone with the marker already in place. Preferably, a positioner comprises at least three targeting apertures configured to locate at least three non-linear markets. The cutting guide comprises top surface contours that guide the depth of the cuts. A method of forming this system comprises placing at least one marker (preferably three) on a patient's bone, then imaging the bone, forming a positioner designed to incorporate the marker position, and forming a cutting guide configured to be oriented and anchored by the positioner.
Plate Selection User Interface and Design Tool with Database
Described herein are systems and methods in which a surgeon can use computer-implemented deformity assessment and correction tools to create 3D models of a bone. To ensure adequate healing, a surgeon may choose to use a prefabricated bone plate, a semi-customized bone plate, or a fully-customized bone plate to hold first and second bone portions in a corrected position. To select the appropriate prefabricated bone plate, the surgeon may identify three landmark locations on the first and second bone portions corresponding to desired fixation hole locations on the bone plate. The surgeon can then use a software application to evaluate multiple bone plate designs in a library and compare the average proximity of the landmark locations to fixation hole locations on each of the bone plate designs. Then, the surgeon can determine which bone plate design best fits the patient anatomy based on his comparison.
Fibula bone material removal and transfer template
The disclosure relates to a fibula bone material removal and transfer template including a center part with a central body each end of which has a separating tool guide portion, at least one of the bone separating tool guide portions being mounted such that it can be moved away from and pushed towards the center part.
Small Joint Fusion Plate and Cutting Block
A method and one or more devices for a capitolunate fusion includes a cutting block for attaching to the capitate bone and for cutting the capitate and lunate bones to fit a corresponding plate. The cutting block is removed and a fusion plate is fixed to the capitate and lunate bone with the plate having a capitate section and a lunate section with the capitate section and lunate section of the plate in a generally perpendicular arrangement to allow optimal fusion of the capitate and lunate bones. Further devices include a three and four bone fusion cutting block and fusion plate.
Bone positioning and preparing guide systems and methods
Methods for temporarily fixing an orientation of a bone or bones. Methods of correcting a bunion deformity. Bone positioning devices. Methods of using a bone positioning device. Bone preparation guides. Methods of using a bone preparation guide.

Cutting Guide With Protective Insert
A system for guiding a cutting tool in an osteotomy procedure includes a cutting block. The cutting block includes an aperture extending through a thickness of the cutting block and having a length and a width. The width of the aperture is defined between a first interior surface of the cutting block and a second interior surface of the cutting block opposing the first interior surface. The system further includes a sleeve. The sleeve includes a slot configured for receiving a sawblade and configured for insertion into the aperture of the cutting block such that the sleeve contacts either the first interior surface or the second interior surface without contacting the other interior surface.
Tibial tubercule osteotomy
Patient-specific guides for a tibial tubercle osteotomy are provided. The guides include a guide body defining a portion with a bone-engaging surface that conforms as a negative surface to a corresponding surface of a specific patient's tibia, and a guide portion that guides a surgical instrument to a specific location on the specific patient's tibia, wherein the bone-engaging surface and guide portion are configured during a pre-operative planning stage. Methods for performing a tibial tubercle osteotomy with the patient-specific guides are also provided.
