A bone cut guide includes a stem having a stem longitudinal axis and an anchoring portion proximal to the stem and connected to the stem by a cut body. The anchoring portion includes an anchoring opening configured to receive a wire therethrough to connect the anchoring portion to a bone. The cut body includes a cut slot configured to receive a saw to cut the bone.

Reduction and fixation apparatus for calcaneal fracture

A calcaneal fracture fixation and reduction apparatus.

CHEVRON OSTEOTOMY TOOLS AND METHODS

A targeting guide is disclosed includes a handle extending substantially along a longitudinal axis. The longitudinal handle defines one or more burr holes extending from a first side of the handle to a second side of the handle. A head is coupled to a distal end of the longitudinal handle. The head defines a plurality of guide holes sized and configured to receive a k-wire therethrough.

TIBIAL OSTEOTOMY SYSTEM, INSTRUMENTS, AND RELATED METHODS

The present disclosure relates to a tibial osteotomy system. The system includes a base plate configured to interface with the tibia which includes a body with a first pair of apertures configured to receive a first pair of stabilization elements, a first end with a first aperture, and a second end with a second aperture. The system also includes a measuring arm coupled with the first end of the base plate via the first aperture and having a third aperture aligned with the first aperture to receive a first screw, and a cut guide pivotably coupled with the second end of the base plate via the second aperture and having a fourth aperture aligned with the second aperture to receive a second screw therein. The cut guide also has a slot, a measurement flag releasably couplable within the slot, and a protrusion configured to receive a second stabilization element.

BONE CUTTING GUIDES
20220323085 · 2022-10-13 · ·

Bone cutting guides and bone cutting guide assemblies are disclosed that are useful for preparing a bone in a joint space, such as those in mid-foot region joints, to prepare the cartilage end of the bone for receiving cartilage repairing implants such as hydrogel implants.

Joint osteotomy system and method

A system includes a first spacer sized and configured to be received within a resected bone space of a first bone and a second spacer sized and configured to be coupled to a second bone. The first spacer and the second spacer each include a body extending between a bone contacting surface and a coupling surface. At least one shim is positioned between the first and second spacers. The shim includes a body extending between a first coupling surface and a second coupling surface. The first spacer, the second spacer, and the at least one shim position the first and second bones in a predetermined alignment. An adjustable guide including a guide adapter and a guide body is configured to couple to the first spacer and is adjustable on a first axis.

Bi-planar instrument for bone cutting and joint realignment procedure

A technique for correcting a bone deformity, such as a bunion, may be performed using an instrument that defines a spacer body connected to a fulcrum. The spacer body portion of the instrument can be inserted into a joint space between opposed bone ends. The fulcrum body can be inserted between adjacent metatarsals. An angle set between the spacer body and fulcrum body can help properly position both features within different joint spaces for ensuring that subsequent steps of the surgical procedure are properly performed and instrumentation is appropriately aligned.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods for correcting a bone defect

An implant having a unitary body includes an intramedullary portion and an extramedullary portion. The intramedullary portion is sized and structured to be received within an intramedullary canal of a first bone and defines a longitudinal axis. The extramedullary portion includes a surface defining an axis that is disposed at an angle with respect to the longitudinal axis. An aperture defined along the extramedullary portion is sized and configured to receive a fastener therein for coupling the extramedullary portion of the implant to a second bone.

DRILL ALIGNMENT GUIDE

A surgical drill alignment guide is disclosed that can provide an accurate trajectory for placement of a bone screw along a longitudinal axis of a bone.

DEVICES AND METHODS FOR REMOVING BONE

A system or kit includes a rotating tool and a guide. The rotating tool includes an elongated shaft with at least one cutting edge. The rotating tool is configured to remove bone from a patient. The guide includes a body comprising a contact surface and a guide channel. The contact surface is configured to position the guide relative to a patient or an implant. The guide channel is configured to receive the elongated shaft and to allow the cutting edge to be swept along a path. The path corresponds to a portion of the bone to be removed. A method of removing an implant includes forming an incision in a patient. The method further includes inserting a rotating tool into the incision such that a cutting edge of the rotating tool is adjacent to a surface of the implant. The method further includes sweeping the cutting edge along a first path adjacent to the surface of the implant to remove bone adjacent to the implant.
