MODULAR MULTITIER MOBILE UNITS
A network of modular, multitier mobile units that are each capable of collecting data for processing as a user uses them in their residence or business premises performing a task or a chore, or as they move about within an area in a property based on their mobility capabilities and current location. The modular, multitier mobile units are designed including NFC or other near or full contact pads on which emitters and/or sensor units and/or other robot mechanical/electrical units can be docked and powered without requiring connectors. The modular, multitier mobile unit networks are designed to function in many different tiers, such as tier zero node, tier one node, tier two node and tier three cloud node, each having capabilities to process the collected data. The modular, multitier mobile units are capable of sharing the collected data and resources with each other. The tier three cloud node provides additional processing power that does not exist in lower level tiers and also provides artificial intelligence, voice recognition and synthesis, face recognition capabilities.

MOBILE UNITS FOR FURNISHING, REPAIRING AND REFURBISHING RESIDENCES
A network of modular, multitier user's device (mobile unit) that identifies wear, tear and stains, and repairs and refurbishes indoor and outdoor of a house or building using historical data. The user's device also provides interior decoration and designing support, and supports bidding from the handymen or repair contract companies as well. In addition, the user's device supports subsequent promotions and sales, walls and floor underground mapping. A tier 3 user and manufacturer cloud based systems and services provides support for a plurality of the user's devices, to perform abovementioned functionalities. In addition, a tier 3 handyman/repair contract company server and tier 1-2 handyman/repair contract company device provide, sales and after sales support for the user's devices. Moreover, the infrastructure also provides layer based mapping services and supports an augmented reality presentation for the authorized people.
PREMISES COMPOSITION & MODULAR RIGHTS MANAGEMENT
A multi-tired, modular, electronic system which utilizes restricted usage management. In a multi-tiered environment, lower tiered systems contain, based on configuration, mobile units that are capable of performing simple tasks such as lawnmowers, vacuum cleaners, mobile audio/video players to more complex ones capable of performing as human assistants such as robots. Higher tiered systems typically reside in the cloud. Lower tiered mobile units contain modular sensors such as temperature sensor and image/video cameras that generate vast amount of data. The lower tiered mobile units also contain modular emitters that consume vast amount of data. Restrictions for the usage of these mobile units are sent, in the form of metadata, to the lower tiered mobile units, from an intermediate to higher tiered control devices and the rendering app may limit the usage. The intermediate tiered renderer can interact to make sure rules have been followed.
MULTIFUNCTION MOBILE UNITS
A network of multitier user's devices (mobile units) that performs household chores and functions as a mobile general purpose autonomous intelligent machines, having some primary functions and a plurality of additional secondary functions. The primary functions include one or more of vacuum cleaning, lawn mowing, typical drone functionalities, the additional autonomous functions include wardrobe management, premises safety, sentry job, rendering personalized music, self-recharging from typical electric outlet, self-learning to predict the users' behaviors and planning and scheduling the functionalities (decision making) accordingly, providing AI (Artificial Intelligence) assistance and support, Day-In-Life recording and support and so forth. The Day-In-Life recording functionalities involve predicting users' behaviors, identifying routine, salient features and important events ahead of time, and electronically recording and storing the routine events, salient features and important events, with the support of a cloud based central support and services server system.
Weed trimmer and edger attachment for riding lawnmowers
A weed trimmer and edger apparatus and method for cutting, edging, and lawn maintenance in general. In one embodiment, the apparatus is an attachment for a riding lawnmower. At least one belt and pulley attach to the lawnmower to power and rotate a cutting head arrangement, which is supported by a bracket attached to the lawnmower. In another embodiment, the apparatus is a standalone portable weed trimmer and edger apparatus with a cutting head arrangement powered by an electric motor. The cutting head arrangement may comprise a rotating shaft contained within a stationary housing with a disc attached to an underside portion of the shaft. Weed eater line descends from a storage housing on an upper portion of the apparatus through a feed mechanism which advances or retracts weed eater line through the apparatus.
