Ankle fixation system
In an example, a clamping assembly includes a longitudinal member having a first end and a second end, the second end defining a first clamp, a second clamp configured to attach to the first end of the longitudinal member and connect to a rod assembly, a clamping member including a first end, a second end defining a spherical portion, and a third clamp, where the first clamp of the longitudinal member is configured to receive the second end of the clamping member.
Fixation apparatus and method for total ankle replacement
A device comprises a base. A support is attached to the base. The support is shaped to receive a calf of a person and adapted to receive a wire or pin for securing a tibia of a person. A foot plate is attachable to the base. The foot plate has a plurality of attached members. The members are configured for receiving at least a first wire or pin to fix a foot of the person relative to the foot plate while the foot plate is oriented normal to a superior-inferior direction of the foot. The foot plate is rotatable relative to the base while the foot plate is attached to the base.
Locking Steel Plate and Locking Steel Plate Assembly with Locking Steel Plate
Provided are a locking steel plate and a locking steel plate assembly with the locking steel plate. Herein, the locking steel plate may include a steel plate body, an elastic block hook and a limit groove. The steel plate body is provided with a mounting hole, and the mounting hole may include a first hole section and a second hole section having a cross section area less than that of the first hole section. The elastic block hook is provided inside the first hole section, a first end of the elastic block hook is connected with the steel plate body, and a second end of the elastic block hook bends toward the second hole section. The limiting groove is provided on an inner wall of the second end of the elastic block hook.

Anatomic external fixation system for the ankle
An external fixator system includes a proximal frame configured to restrict motion in a lower extremity of a subject, and a frame connector assembly. The proximal frame includes a first, second, and third component. The first component can support a first clamp to secure a first pin inserted within a bone extending between a foot and a knee of the lower extremity. The third component extends from a second end of the second component. The first, second and third components have longitudinal axes that are substantially coplanar. The third component includes an extension to extend over a dorsal portion of the foot of the subject and to support a second clamp to secure a second pin inserted within a bone of the foot. The frame connector assembly extends from the second component to support a third clamp to secure a third pin inserted within a third bone of the foot.
Adjustment instrument with tactile feedback
An external fixation frame system may include a first ring, a second ring, and at least three struts configured to couple the first ring to the second ring, each strut having a rotatable head portion and a counter torque portion. The system may also include an adjustment tool that includes a driver portion having an inner engagement portion for engaging the head portion of the strut, an outer engagement portion for engaging the counter torque portion of the strut, and a feedback mechanism rotatably coupled to the inner and outer engagement portions. The tool may further include a plunger having an inner portion positioned at least partially within the inner engagement portion, and an outer portion positioned at least partially between the inner engagement portion and the outer engagement portions, the plunger being axially translatable with respect to the inner and outer engagement portions.
Targeting system for the guided insertion of a guide wire or a bone screw
A targeting system (1) for the guided insertion of a guide wire (50) or a bone screw comprising: a stabilization body (2) fixed to the bone by means of stabilization screws (3); a guide sleeve (4) adapted to receive a guide cannula (5) for the insertion of the guide wire (50) or bone screw; articulated connection means (6) adapted to connect the stabilization body (2) to the guide sleeve (4) and allow the relative spatial position of the guide sleeve (4) to be varied with respect to the stabilization body (2).

User interface for strut device
An electrical circuitry fitted to be connected or to be an integral part of a bone fixation device having at least one linear actuator coupled between two rings, including: at least one linear actuator connector, mechanically and/or electrically connectable to said at least one linear actuator; a control circuitry, wherein said control circuitry measures a value related to the movement of said at least one linear actuator and/or to the distance or change in distance between said two rings, by receiving signals from said linear actuator connector; and a memory, wherein said memory stores said value.
Fracture reduction system
A fracture reduction system includes a reduction device for reducing a fracture bone to be reduced; and a display device for displaying a posture of the fracture bone to be reduced based on a bone model. The display device can cooperate with the reduction device so that the bone model moves synchronously with the fracture bone to be reduced. The posture of the fracture bone to be reduced is displayed based on the bone model, so that the medical staff can know the current posture of the fracture bone to be reduced according to the posture of the bone model and design corresponding reduction actions specifically according to the reduction conditions, so as to reduce the difficulty and increase the precision of fracture reduction.
