FASTENERS
A fastener (1) has an elongate fastening band (2) and a buckle (10) for engagement with the band (2) to form a closed loop fastener. The buckle (10) is overmoulded on a first end region (8) of the fastening band (2). Such a design provides a fastener that has higher strength and is more compact than previously-considered designs.
Wearable Electronic Device Assembly
A wearable electronic device assembly has a strap attached to the device for attaching the device to a wearer, and a connector for securing two overlapping end regions of the strap together. The connector has first and second parts configured to be secured together with the two overlapping end regions of the strap extending between them, to secure the two end regions together. The first part has a projection arranged to extend through or adjacent to the strap. The second part has a main body having an aperture to receive the projection of the first part, and a securement part movable with respect to the main body between a released position and a securement position. The projection is retained in the aperture to secure the first part of the connector to the second part of the connector.
Magnetic Buckle
A buckle includes a first connector with a first housing where the first housing includes a locking protrusion and a first magnetic portion. The buckle also includes a second connector that includes a second housing where the second housing includes a second magnetic portion and a trench for receiving the locking protrusion of the first connector. Here, the second magnetic portion is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic portion. The buckle further includes a locking mechanism mounted on the second connector at the trench. The locking mechanism includes a pivotable lever with a blocking portion. During mating of the first connector and the second connector, the pivotable lever pivotably receives the locking protrusion until the locking protrusion seats within the trench in a locked position. The blocking portion blocks the locking protrusion from movement in the locked position.
Head band member for wearing respirator mask and head cradle including same
There is provided a head band member (100) for wearing a respirator mask (1) and a head cradle (10) including the same. The head band member (100) includes a supporting member (130) extending in a direction; a first coupling portion (110) formed at one end portion of the supporting member (130), and including an insertion hole (116) formed to pass therethrough; a second coupling portion (120) formed at another end portion of the supporting member (130); and a strap connection portion (140) formed at an end portion of the first coupling portion (110) or the second coupling portion (120), and connected with a strap (30), wherein at least a part of the second coupling portion (120) being inserted into the insertion hole (116) of the first coupling portion (110) and thereby the first coupling portion (110) and the second coupling portion (120) are provided to be coupled to each other, and the head band member (100) is connected to a mask body (20) of a respirator mask (1) through the strap (30).
WEARABLE ARTICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A WEARABLE ARTICLE
In an example, a wearable article includes a nonwoven textile sheet having a first portion and a second portion contiguous with the first portion. The first portion has a first density and a first modulus of elasticity. The second portion has a second density less than the first density and has a second modulus of elasticity less than the first modulus of elasticity. The first portion is shaped differently than the second portion as an integral implement of the wearable article. A method of manufacturing a wearable article may comprise thermoforming the first portion while the second portion contiguous with the thermoformed first portion is not thermoformed.
Buckle for connecting strap and respirator harness including the same
The present disclosure relates to a buckle for connecting a strap and a respirator harness including the same. In particular, according to one aspect of the present disclosure, a buckle for connecting a strap including a coupler configured to extend from one position, a strap connector at which a strap connecting hole is formed, wherein the strap connecting hole is connected to a strap which is connected to a mask body, and a hooking portion connected to the one position and including a surface configured to face the coupler, wherein a tap of a helmet or a tap of a head cradle is accommodated between the coupler and the hooking portion so that a position thereof is fixed, and a respirator harness including the same are provided.
Buckle belt assembly
A buckle belt assembly includes a main body and a buckle belt. The buckle belt includes a first body and a second body sleeved on the first body. The second body includes a supporting portion, a second movable portion, and a band extending from a bottom of the supporting portion. One end of the second movable portion is connected to the supporting portion, and the other end of the second movable portion is movable relative to the supporting portion. The second movable portion includes a pair of side walls and a pair of fixing walls. The band is configured to hang hanging objects, the band is configured with a fixing hole, and the side walls are pressed to abut the fixing wall to the fixing hole or to detach the fixing wall from the fixing hole, thereby opening or closing the band.
DEVICE FOR SECURING A PACIFIER IN AN ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE CHILD USER DURING AND BEFORE USE
A pacifier securement device is provided. The pacifier securement device is adapted to secure a pacifier, of any kind, in a fabric-stuffed elongated tube providing a pacifier compartment with a snap closure to hold the pacifier to a proximal end of the tube. The proximal end snaps and unsnaps to allow for replacement and interchangeability as well as removal of the pacifier for washing and keeping the pacifier sanitary. The device is long enough so that the present invention is able to be snapped, zipped, or tucked into the child's clothing, strapped into the buckles of a car seat or stroller, bundled in a blanket, or snuggled by the infant, while keeping the secured pacifier within oral reach.
Belt buckle system with set screw system
Clothing belt adjustment systems are configured for wearing around a user's body such as around the waist. The belt adjustment system includes a belt and a buckle wherein the belt can be looped and secured to the buckle to secure the belt around a user's waist or other portion of the body. The buckle has a body with a thin side profile that is not overly bulky such that it can comfortably fit over the button region of a wearer's pants. The buckle advantageously includes one or more threaded retainer members, such as threaded screws, that secure one portion of the buckle to another portion of the buckle. The buckle includes at least one set screw that further secures the belt member to the buckle.
