A face seal (12) for a respirator mask (10) includes an integrated strap (14) with a buckle (16). The integrated strap (14) is overmolded onto the buckle (16) to secure the buckle (16) to, and at least partially within, the strap (14). A respirator mask (10) includes a body (18) and a face seal (12). A method of manufacturing a face seal (12) for a respirator mask (10) includes overmolding a material of at least a portion of an integrated strap (14) onto a body portion (38) of a buckle (16) such that a head portion (36) of the buckle (16) is exposed from the integrated strap (14), the buckle body portion (38) including a plurality of structural features (46) that enhances bonding between the buckle body portion (38) and the overmolded material.

A belt includes an inside belt surface, a belt coating layer provided on the inside belt surface and a plurality of belt teeth in the belt coating layer. A belt adjustment system and a belt fabrication method are also disclosed.

A fastener is coupled to the first strap portion for securing the end flap segment in the looped configuration. A buckle includes a buckle frame, a cross bar, and at least one tool bit. The buckle frame defines a longitudinal frame axis, and the cross bar extends between opposed portions of the buckle frame and defines cross bar axis that is generally perpendicular to the longitudinal frame axis. The tool bit is pivotally coupled to the cross bar and is pivotable about the cross bar axis. The tool bit is sized and positioned to be captured between the end flap segment and the body segment when the end flap segment is in the looped configuration.

The present application includes embodiments for a belt adjustment system. The belt adjustment system can be configured to engage a belt comprising a plurality of belt teeth. The belt engagement system can include a buckle portion that includes a belt clamp configured to couple the belt to the buckle, a lever pivotally movable between a first position and a second position, and a belt-engaging tab, the tooth-engaging tab positionable between a tooth-engaging position and a tooth-disengaging position responsive to the position of the lever on. The belt adjustment system can include a tool housing having a first wall and a second wall that form a slot. A tool comprising a distal end and a proximal end can be coupled to the tool housing, the tool positionable within the slot between a closed position and an open position.

A pet collar device includes a belt member having two end portions, a male buckle device attached to one of the end portions of the belt member, and a female buckle device having a carrier, a female element is extended from the carrier for engaging with the male element, and two flaps are extended from the carrier and spaced from each other for forming a space between the flaps, and for receiving the other end portion of the belt member, and a casing includes a compartment formed in the casing for receiving and engaging with the other end portion of the belt member and the flaps and for forcing the flaps to engage with the belt member. Duty belt core constituting a rigid backbone of a duty belt, comprising a left hand side piece firmly attached to a left hand half of a front belt buckle, a right hand side piece firmly attached to the right hand half of the front belt buckle. Each of the left hand and right hand side pieces is connected to a common back piece via side-symmetrical length adjustment patterns and safety stops preventing accidental disengagement of the side pieces from the common back piece. A belt buckle provided with extensions, as well as use hereof is also disclosed.

Provided is a buckle including a plug and a socket. The plug includes a pair of leg portions, each of which is provided with an engaging portion, and outer and inner leg pieces extending while opposing each other. In the vicinity of a distal end portion of the leg portion, the outer and inner leg pieces are connected to each other by a distal end connection portion. On a base end portion of the leg portion, the outer and inner leg pieces are connected to each other by an arm portion. Opposing arm distal end portions of the arm portions are formed to define a slit having a predetermined space between the leg portions. The opposing arm distal end portions are connected to guide portions extending in a protruding direction of the leg portions. The pair of leg portions is provided to be swingable across the slit.

An elastic attachment for a belt having an outer body, an inner body slidingly arranged in an inner compartment of the outer body, and an elastic element that allows the inner body to return to the inner compartment is provided. Advantageously, the elastic attachment provides longitudinal elasticity to the belt to which the elastic attachment is applied without compromising aesthetic appearance of the belt.

Disclosed are belt adjustment systems, particularly for wearing around a user's waist, that permit a continuum of belt loop sizes or a larger selection of belt loop sizes. The belt adjustment system includes an elongate belt member having a first end, a second end and a series of teeth positioned on an inner surface near the second end and a fixation member having first and second adjustment elements.

A fastener system for clothing and other personal items is disclosed. The fastener system uses a combination of materials to form elements that can be adapted to different fastening applications. A first component of the system includes two members. The first member has an aperture for accommodating a T-shaped attachment member and a button. The second member has a T-shaped attachment member that fits through the aperture and rotates sideways to prevent passing backward through the aperture. The second member also has a strap for securing the attachment member against the aperture by attaching the strap to the button. A second component of the system includes a button with an enlarged head and base, and a flexible washer that fits over the head of the button. Fabric of an article to be secured may be laid over the head of the button and secured around the head of the button using the washer.
