The belt body is connected to the buckle body and has a connecting end, a passing end, a first positioning hole, and multiple second positioning holes. The connecting end is connected to the positioning rod and is mounted in the limiting groove. The passing end is mounted in the through slot. The first positioning hole is formed through the belt body and is disposed around the positioning rod. The second positioning holes are formed through the belt body at intervals.

On a perimeter edge of the body is a ferrocerium rod that can be used with a steel knife or stone to produce spark. Also on a perimeter edge of the body is a magnesium bar that produces small shavings that can be ignited. Also in the rigid body is a magnifying lens used to ignite tinders by sun rays. A protection reinforcing device for a multi-point seat belt system in a vehicle is connected between two webbings of the multi-point seat belt system on the vehicle seat, and includes two webbing adjustment buckles and a connecting buckle assembly detachably connected between the two webbing adjustment buckles. The two webbing adjustment buckles are mounted respectively on the webbings and can be adjusted in height position and positioned. The first webbing buckle and the second webbing buckle of the connecting buckle assembly are movably connected to the curved guiding sections of the buckle connection of the two webbing adjustment buckles, respectively. When the first webbing buckle and the second webbing buckle are in the unlocked state, they naturally rotate and hang down on the front side of the webbing by gravity at the curved guiding sections of the webbing adjustment buckle.

FASTENER SYSTEMS

An adjustable-length tensile member, for example, a strap for a wearable pack, can include a fastener member defining first and second apertures and a cross-member positioned therebetween. A strap can extend through the first aperture in a first direction, over the cross-member and through the second aperture in a direction opposite to the first direction. A cover plate can matingly engage with the fastener member to obscure a segment of the strap from view. Wearable packs can incorporate such adjustable-length tensile members. Methods for assembling such adjustable-length tensile members are also disclosed.
