A supply device for the electrical supply of at least one consumer has a primary current system in which there is a fuel cell device, a secondary current system in which there is a battery which has an operating voltage range limited at the top by a maximum voltage and at the bottom by a minimum voltage and which has an operating current strength range for supplying current to the at least one consumer, and a frost-starting element, which is provided in the primary current system and is designed to bring about heating of the fuel cell device. An open-circuit voltage of the fuel cell device corresponds at most to the maximum voltage of the battery.

Fuel cell vehicle
A fuel cell stack formed by stacking a plurality of power generation cells together in a vehicle width direction and a voltage control unit including a voltage controller and a control case are mounted in a front box of a fuel cell vehicle. The control case is joined to a stack case in a manner that the control case is provided adjacent to the stack case in a direction perpendicular to the stacking direction of the plurality of power generation cells. A cell voltage detection unit is provided between the fuel cell stack and a voltage control unit.
Control method for fuel cell
The present disclosure relates to a control method for a fuel cell. The control method includes: collecting, by a controller, state information of a fuel cell (FC) stack; determining, by the controller, a degradation state of the FC stack from the collected state information of the FC stack; correcting, by the controller, a basic threshold output corresponding to a present driving state of a vehicle on the basis of information of the determined degradation state of the FC stack; comparing, by the controller, a post-correction threshold output that is obtained by correcting the basic threshold output and a motor demand output, and determining, by the controller, stopping or restarting of a fuel cell; and controlling, by the controller, such that the determined stopping or restarting state of the fuel cell is achieved.
FUEL CELL SYSTEM
A fuel cell system may include: a fuel cell unit connected to an output terminal; a battery unit connected to the fuel cell unit in parallel: and a controller configured to control the fuel cell unit to maintain an output voltage of the fuel cell unit at an idling voltage which is higher than zero and lower than an output voltage of the battery unit when a target output power is lower than an output power lower limit set for the fuel cell unit.

A system for operating a fuel cell includes a controller configured to derive an output limit value of the fuel cell through an interval average value corresponding to an average of output values of the fuel cell for a designated time and a cumulative average value corresponding to an average of the output values of the fuel cell until the current point in time after starting to operate the fuel cell, and to control operation of the fuel cell based on the derived output limit value.

A system and method for controlling a discharge of residual water remaining in a fuel cell stack after an operation of a fuel cell is ended is provided. The method includes determining whether a preset temperature condition is satisfied, determining whether a preset time condition is satisfied when the temperature condition is satisfied, and discharging residual water in a fuel cell stack while a vehicle travels when the temperature condition and the time condition are satisfied.

The present disclosure relates to a fuel cell system and a method of controlling a heater thereof. A fuel cell system according to the present disclosure includes a cathode oxygen depletion (COD) heater that is disposed on a line through which cooling water flowing into a fuel cell stack circulates and heats the cooling water or consumes residual power of the fuel cell stack, and a controller that determines power consumption according to a target heating amount of the COD heater and controls an operation of the COD heater based on the determined power consumption.
Fuel cell system
A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack and a control device. The control device raises the voltage of the fuel cell stack until a predetermined voltage condition is met, by supplying a cathode with an oxidant gas before current sweep is started when the fuel cell system is started and a value measured by a temperature sensor is equal to or less than a temperature determined in advance. The control device executes stand-by control, in which a current command value is kept constant, when a measured voltage value reaches a control start voltage value smaller than a voltage command value in a transition period, and ends the stand-by control by permitting a change in the current command value when the measured voltage value reaches a permission voltage value equal to or more than the voltage command value during execution of the stand-by control.
