CONDUCTIVE COMPONENT STRUCTURE FOR WIRE CONNECTION TERMINAL
A conductive component structure for wire connection terminal has higher electro-conductive performance and is more securely assembled with the conductive wire. The conductive component includes a main body in the form of a plate body and a restriction body connected on the main body. The restriction body has a base section, a bow section connected with the base section and a free section connected with the bow section, which together provide elastic effect for the restriction body. When the conductive wire is plugged in to contact the conductive component, the restriction body guides the conductive wire and the rear end of the conductive wire is securely pressed and restricted between the main body and the restriction body.
WIRE-TO-WIRE CONNECTOR WITH INTEGRATED WIRE STOP
A system includes a housing and a contact portion. The housing includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion interlocking with the second portion so as to enclose a first volume and form a first wire opening within a first end of the housing and a second wire opening within a second end of the housing. The contact portion is disposed within the first volume and includes a first wire receiving portion, a first flexing beam extending from a first surface of the first wire receiving portion towards a second surface of the first wire receiving portion, a second wire receiving portion, a second flexing beam extending from a first surface of the second wire receiving portion towards a second surface of the second wire receiving portion, and a common wire stop disposed between the first wire receiving portion and the second wire receiving portion.
Electrical connector for cables containing both power and control conductors
A connector for connecting control conductors provided in conduits also containing power conductors, the connector including a first guide for receiving a first at least one control conductor provided in a first conduit also containing at least one power conductor, a second guide for receiving a second at least one control conductor provided in a second conduit also containing at least one power conductor, at least one jumper for electrically connecting the first at least one control conductor and the second at least one control conductor and a housing for containing the first guide, second guide and the at least one jumper.
Connection terminal having at least two spring-force clamping connections
A connection clamp for connecting at least two electrical conductors to one another, having an insulating housing with at least one first and one second conductor insertion opening that are arranged on mutually opposite sides of the insulating housing. A first spring-force clamping connection for electrically contacting a first electrical conductor inserted through the first conductor insertion opening and a second spring-force clamping connection for electrically contacting a second electrical conductor inserted through the second conductor insertion opening are provided. The first spring-force clamping connection is electrically connected to the second spring-force clamping connection via a bus bar. The first spring-force clamping connection has at least one first clamping spring for clamping the first electrical conductor against a first clamping point of the bus bar, the second spring-force clamping connection has a clamping leg for clamping the second electrical conductor against a second clamping point of the bus bar.
Fast plug connector for use with copper wire
Disclosed is a fast plug connector for use with copper wire, including an integrally-formed plastic-molded connector housing. The housing includes at least two terminal receiving slots juxtaposed inside the housing. The terminal receiving slots is embedded with engaging terminals having barbed pieces mounted at both tail ends thereof and twisted elastic sheets mounted at both head ends thereof. The upper end located at the left side and the right side of the head of the connector housing is mounted with fastening clamps, and a lower end located at the left side and the right side of the head of the connector housing is mounted with fastening holes that are respectively corresponding to the fastening clamps.
