Connector for light fixture
A connector for a light fixture, including: a housing; at least two jacks, disposed at an end of the housing; a first conductive sheet and a second conductive sheet, where a coupling end and a contact end are respectively formed at two ends of each conductive sheet, each coupling end has an clamping sheet, the two conductive sheets are disposed in the housing, the two coupling ends correspond to the two jacks, and when an electrical wire is inserted in each of the jacks, the electrical wire is clamped by a clamping sheet; and two wire release buttons disposed at the housing and being displaceable, where the two wire release buttons respectively correspond to the coupling ends of the two conductive sheets, and when the two wire release buttons are pressed, the two clamping sheets may be pushed, to release a state in which the two clamping sheets clamp the electrical wire.
Electrical contact assembly of a plug-in connection terminal
The present disclosure relates to an electrical contact assembly of a plug-in connection terminal, which has an electrical contact having a first connector element for connecting a plug-in contact in a plug-in direction, a second connector element for connecting an electrical conductor in a clamping manner being arranged on the electrical contact, the first connector element having at least one contact element that has at least one first section and one second section, the width of the first section at a right angle to the plug-in direction being greater than the width of the second section at a right angle to the plug-in direction.
RAIL TERMINAL ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE
A rail terminal assembling structure includes a protection member formed with an assembling passage defined by a contact side section, a connection side section and two lateral sections. The connection side section has a first locating section, an elastic locating section and a second locating section. An end section of a conductive plate extends into the assembling passage and securely attached to the contact side section. A metal leaf spring has a first section, a second section and an elastic bight section connected between the first and second sections. The first section has a first located section and an insertion section. When the first section extends into the assembling passage and the first section elastically pushes/presses the elastic locating section until the insertion section reaches the elastic locating section, the elastic locating section is elastically engaged with the insertion section.
Terminal block
The terminal block includes a movable operation feeling generating member (60) which generates an operation feeling according insertion of a conductor portion into an accommodating portion (12) from a first opening portion (111), and a first protruding portion (63) disposed in the accommodating portion to be capable of coming into contact with the movable operation feeling generating member being rotated by the insertion of the conductor portion into the accommodating portion from the first opening portion after the conductor portion and a terminal electrode portion (20) are changed from the non-connected state to the connected state. The movable operation feeling generating member includes a first contact portion (61) capable of coming into contact with the conductor portion inserted into the accommodating portion, and a second contact portion (62) which has a second protruding portion (70) generating the operation feeling by coming into contact with the first protruding portion (63).
Spring loaded terminal for conductors
A spring loaded direct plug-in terminal with a direct plug-in connector for the connection of a conductor includes a housing with a chamber and a plug-in channel for plugging the conductor into the chamber. The terminal also includes a busbar, a clamping spring arranged in the chamber and acting as a compression spring for fixing the electrical conductor on the busbar in the area of a clamping site. The clamping spring includes a pivotable clamping arm which can be adjusted from a locked state in a locked position into a clamping state in which it is unlocked from the locked state and presses the electrical conductor against the busbar. An actuation element which is movable in the housing is provided which, together with the clamping arm of the clamping spring, can be locked in the locked state. The mobility of the actuation element in the housing in the locked state can be arrested by a locking element which is movable at an angle relative to the movement direction of the actuation element.
LED Socket For Receiving A CoB-LED And Base For Such LED Socket
An LED socket comprises an LED package having an LED mounted on an LED printed circuit board, a contact having a receiving section adapted to be connected to a terminal end of an electrical cable and a contact lug having a T-shaped contact section, and a base defining a receptacle for receiving the LED printed circuit board. The receptacle is open to an opening in the base adapted to expose the LED at a front face of the base. The base holds the contact and the T-shaped contact section is exposed in the receptacle and electrically contacts a pad of the LED printed circuit board.
CONTACTS FOR JUNCTION BOXES ON SOLAR PANELS
A connection box with reliable and yet inexpensive contacts for solar panels to enable the use of multiple types of passive and active covers for different functionalities in the junction box built into the panel.
CONDUCTOR CONNECTION DEVICE
A connection device for conductors has one or more single conductor terminals which are formed as direct plug connections. Each conductor terminal has a metal contact element such as a metal clamping cage, a spring support made of a non-conductive material such as plastic, and a clamping spring. Each of the spring supports is placed on at least one corresponding receiving element made of a non-conductive material.
CABLE CONNECTOR
A cable connector comprises a housing, a conductive element fixed on the housing and connected with the cable, an elastic piece adjacent to the conductive element, detective and switch terminals fixed on the housing and connected with a pressing plate. The pressing plate is rotatable between a first position and a second position. When the pressing body is abutted at the first position by the elastic piece, a receiving gap between the elastic piece and the conductive element is closed to prevent the cable from entering, and the pressing body is abutted against the switch terminal to define a first conductive state. When the pressing body is at the second position, the receiving gap is opened to receive the cable, and the pressing body is disengaged with the switch terminal, to define a second conductive state. A connection state can be known by detecting the first and second conductive states.
Multi wire cable connector assembly
A multiwire cable connector having a connector body (028) suitable for hosting a plurality of electrical wires is provided. The multiwire cable connector optionally having a release mechanism to allow repeat usage in the connection of wires with different electrical polarity.
