Connector and connector assembly allowing repeated insertion and removal of a wire
A connector is disclosed. The connector has a housing and a conductive terminal disposed in the housing. The conductive terminal has a pair of resilient contact arms including a pair of clamping portions clamping a wire therebetween and a pair of releasing portions adapted to move the pair of resilient contact arms away from each other, each of the pair of resilient contact arms includes one clamping portion and one releasing portion disposed at a free end.
Wire terminal connector
A wire terminal connector is adapted for connecting with an electrical lead, and includes an insulating case unit formed with an entrance hole, and a conductive unit received in the case unit and including a base member, two resilient clamping plates and a receiving space. Each of the clamping plates has a main portion extending from the base member, a clamping portion extending from the main portion in a direction away from the entrance hole, and a pressed portion extending from the clamping portion away from the base member. The receiving space has a quadrilateral cross section, is constricted in the direction and receives the lead. The clamping portions removably clamp the lead. Each clamping portion has a height less than that of the main portion.
Signal lead adapter
A signal lead adapter according to the present invention comprises at least a clamper which is formed at one end of a base plate and two clamping plates integrally formed with and upwardly extending from the base plate. Each clamping plate comprises a first clamping section with a predetermined length and a first clamping surface forming into a first holding ditch with a first radius. Each clamping plate also comprises a second clamping section with a predetermined length and a second clamping surface forming a second holding ditch with a second radius. The signal lead of different radius can be inserted and hold in either the first holding ditch or the second holding ditch. The signal lead can be inserted into the adapter and pulled out from the same easily without causing damage of the flexibility as well as the metal coating layer of the clamping plates.
Connector and connector assembly
A connector is disclosed. The connector has a housing and a conductive terminal disposed in the housing. The conductive terminal has a pair of resilient contact arms biased toward each other and a releasing mechanism adapted to move the pair of resilient contact arms away from each other.
Single element wire to board connector
A single element electrical connector includes a single conductive contact element formed into a cage structure having a wire insert end and a wire contact end along a longitudinal centerline axis of the connector. The cage structure defines an upper pick-up surface having a surface area suitable for placement of a suction nozzle of a vacuum transfer device, as well as a pair of contact tines biased towards the centerline axis to define a contact pinch point for an exposed core of a wire inserted into the connector. A contact surface is defined by a member of the cage structure for electrical mating contact with a respective contact element on a component on which the connector is mounted.
Single element wire to board connector terminal
A single element wire to board connector terminal for clamping a conductor, includes: a base, side plates and hanging elastic arms. A hollow passage is formed on the base, for allowing the conductor to pass through the hollow passage. The side plates are bent and provided on two opposite sides of a front part of the base. The hanging elastic arms are extended backwardly and inwardly from the side plates respectively. An elastic arm restricting portion is extended from one of the hanging elastic arms and bent transversely, for protecting the elastic arm and providing access for the conductor. A conductor positioning portion is provided on a rear part of the base.
Wire Terminal Connector

Each of the clamping plates has a main portion extending from the base member, a clamping portion extending from the main portion in a direction away from the entrance hole, and a pressed portion extending from the clamping portion away from the base member. The receiving space has a quadrilateral cross section, is constricted in the direction and receives the lead. The clamping portions removably clamp the lead. Each clamping portion has a height less than that of the main portion.
Clamping spring
A clamping spring for mounting on a circuit board includes a spring leg for contacting a conductor in a clamped manner, the spring leg having an actuating element for stopping clamping, a contact region for contacting the circuit board; and a guide element disposed in relation to the spring leg such that a tool for actuating the actuating element can be inserted between the guide element and the spring leg, wherein the clamping spring is designed in one piece.
Terminal-Thermistor Assembly
A terminal-thermistor assembly may include a thermistor and a terminal. The thermistor may include a body encasing a temperature-sensing element. The terminal may include a shaft and a housing disposed on an end of the shaft. The housing may include a cavity, a protrusion extending into the cavity and a cantilevered spring element. The spring element may be resiliently flexible between a first position in which a space between the spring element and the protrusion is less than a thickness of the body of the thermistor and a second position in which the space between the spring element and the protrusion is equal to the thickness of the body. A first surface of the thermistor body may contact the spring element and a second surface of the thermistor body opposite the first surface may contact the protrusion when the body is received within the cavity.
