Provided is a probe which transmits an ultrasonic wave to a diagnostic site and receives a reception signal which is a reflected wave. The probe includes: a plurality of transducers; a plurality of low-noise amplifying circuits respectively corresponding to the plurality of transducers; and a single differential converter which converts a control signal rising with the elapse of time to a first bias signal rising with the elapse of time and a second bias signal falling with the elapse of time to control the plurality of low-noise amplifying circuits, and the low-noise amplifying circuit includes an attenuator which attenuates: an electric signal from the transducer; a first amplifying circuit which sets the first bias signal as a bias and amplifies an output signal of the attenuator to be gradually increased with the elapse of time; a second amplifying circuit which sets the second bias signal as a bias and amplifies the output signal of the attenuator to be gradually reduced with the elapse of time; and a subtractor which subtracts an output of the first amplifying circuit and an output of the second amplifying circuit.

The second stack transistor is coupled between the second output transistor and the output terminal.

A low power comparator and a self-regulated device for adjusting power saving level of an electronic device are provided. The low power comparator includes an input differential pair circuit, a self-regulated device, and a tail current switch. The input differential pair circuit is configured to receive input signals to be compared. The self-regulated device is coupled to the input differential pair circuit and includes a self-regulated circuit which has a first transistor with a first threshold voltage and a second transistor with a second threshold voltage and is configured to adjust a power saving level of the low-power comparator according to the first threshold voltage and the second threshold voltage. The tail current switch is coupled to the input differential pair circuit through the self-regulated circuit to provide a constant current to the input differential pair circuit.

The detector circuit includes a plurality of detectors, each detector configured to receive the output signal from a different one of the gain or attenuation elements and to generate a signal indicative of a power of the received output signal. At least the last detector is configured to receive a DC offset signal that is different from a DC offset signal received by at least one other detector. Such a log detector may provide effective noise compensation to reduce errors caused by input noise, especially for low-power and/or high-frequency input signals.

An amplifier receives and amplifies the output of the voltage divider network to create amplified signals. The amplifier may comprise mirrored FET pairs in a common source configuration and a common gate arrangement.
