A reconfigurable leash is provided. The reconfigurable leash allows a user to configure the leash in multiple configurations, including hand-free, single animal, double animal, and tether configurations. The leash includes a body having two ends and couplings located at each end. The leash also includes three rings located at three different positions along the length of the body. The leash also includes a moveable pad that wraps around a portion of the body of the leash.

A fastening system for a zipper is disclosed which includes locking or interlocking first and second zipper pull tabs. A first zipper pull tab comprises a first base, a hook extending from the first base, and a movable gate coupled to the first base. A second zipper pull tab comprises a second base, a cover coupled to the second base, and a post extending between the second base and the cover. For interlocking, the movable gate and hook are further coupled around the post to provide the interlocking configuration of the first and second zipper pull tabs. The first zipper pull tab may be utilized separately from the second zipper pull tab, such as to lock to a coupling ring or another component of a carrying bag.

A fastening system for a zipper is disclosed which includes locking or interlocking first and second zipper pull tabs. A chew toy for dogs is an assembled kit including a noisemaker and a plush section with a spine that attaches to another more rigid component. The plush section can be removed from the spine to reveal an eyelet. Strands of edible material are laced through the perforations along the perimeter of the rigid component. The varied shape of the toy allows a dog having a mouth of any size or shape to find a site of a complementary shape for enhanced comfort and chewing pleasure.

There is provided a firefighter protective coat including an outer shell and a plurality of hook-and-dee pairs. The outer shell has left and right front panels and a closable front opening. The left and right front panels have a border area extending along the front opening and includes a closure flap foldable over the border area. Each hook-and-dee pair includes a hook and a dee. The hook includes a hooking piece extending across a width of the border area and an asymmetric base fastened to coat panel. The asymmetric base includes upper and lower wings projecting strictly on top and bottom sides of the hooking piece. The dee is affixed to another coat panel and is in alignment with the corresponding hook. A connector including a body with two windows and a swivel hook is provided. The swivel hook is interconnected to the body and is rotatable around a longitudinal axis. The body generally includes a first loop connected to a second loop. The first loop has a first window that is separated from a second window of the second loop by a crossmember. In one embodiment, the crossmember is generally linear. The crossmember may be oriented approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. A strap may be connected to the crossmember.
