According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a method for performing wireless communication by a first apparatus. The method may comprise: obtaining sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration including information related to an active time of a second apparatus, receiving, from a base station, first information related to a first SL resource and second information related to an uplink (UL) resource, and transmitting, to the base station, SL hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information on the UL resource based on a time domain of the first SL resource not being included within the active time of the second apparatus. The SL HARQ feedback information may be SL HARQ acknowledge (ACK) information.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a method for performing wireless communication by a first apparatus. The method may comprise: obtaining sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration including information related to an active time of a second apparatus, receiving, from a base station, first information related to a first SL resource and second information related to an uplink (UL) resource, and transmitting, to the base station, SL hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information on the UL resource based on a time domain of the first SL resource not being included within the active time of the second apparatus. The SL HARQ feedback information may be SL HARQ acknowledge (ACK) information.

A method and device for wakeup time control. A first terminal determines available resources in a resource pool. The available resources are resources for sidelink communication between the first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal controls the time when the first terminal is in a wakeup state on the basis of the available resources.

Provided, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, is a method for a first device carrying out sidelink communication. The method comprises the steps of: starting a first timer associated with a PSFCH resource on the basis that sidelink HARQ feedback information is not transmitted to a second device through the PSFCH resource on the basis of a first priority associated with the sidelink HARQ feedback information; on the basis that the first timer has expired, starting a second timer associated with a sidelink HARQ retransmission packet for a PSSCH or SCI; and receiving the sidelink HARQ retransmission packet from the second device after the second timer starts.

Embodiments disclosed herein provide methods and apparatus for requesting system information in a wireless communications network. The method comprises in a user equipment for a wireless network receiving, from a base station of the wireless network, a first portion of system information comprising an indication of a second portion of system information which is available upon request; and transmitting, to the base station, a first request requesting that the second portion of system information be transmitted to the user equipment. The method further comprises responsive to a determination that the requested second portion of system information has not been received successfully by the user equipment, transmitting, to the base station, a second request for the second portion of system information.

A method in a UE comprises monitoring a downlink control channel during a duration of at least a first timer, and receiving an indication of a downlink or uplink transmission for the UE. The method comprises after receiving the indication of the downlink or uplink transmission for the UE, stopping monitoring the first timer, wherein after the first timer is stopped the UE does not need to monitor the downlink control channel. The UE monitors the downlink control channel for the duration of the third timer.

A method and apparatus for discontinuous reception (DRX) of downlink signal for sidelink transmission is provided. A wireless device operating in a wireless communication system monitors a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying a sidelink grant during an active time including a time interval for which a scheduling request (SR) is transmitted on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and is pending, based on the SR being triggered for a sidelink buffer status report (SL BSR) and/or a sidelink channel state information (SL CSI) reporting.

A method of operating a first apparatus 100 in a wireless communication system is proposed. The method may comprise: obtaining an SL DRX configuration including information related to an SL DRX HARQ RTT timer; receiving SCI for scheduling a PSSCH from a second apparatus through a PSCCH based on an active time of the SL DRX configuration; receiving a MAC PDU through the PSSCH from the second apparatus; and starting the SL DRX HARQ RTT timer, based on that a PSFCH resource is configured in an SL grant related to the SCI and that a HARQ feedback related to the MAC PDU is disabled.
