Methods and apparatuses for a User Equipment (UE) to receive signaling of UE-common Downlink Control Information (DCI) in a set of Physical Resource Blocks (PRBs) over a Transmission Time Interval (TTI) are provided. The method includes receiving, from a transmission point, a broadcast signal; determining a first set of PRBs for a first PDCCH based on the broadcast signal; determining a second set of PRBs for a second PDCCH based on a higher layer signaling; receiving, from the transmission point, first DCI on a first PDCCH in the first set of PRBs; and receiving, from the transmission point, second DCI on a second PDCCH in the second set of PRBs. A CRC of the first DCI is associated with an SI-RNTI, a CRC of the second DCI is associated with a C-RNTI, an RS is determined based on an identity of the transmission point, in a case that the RS is received in the first set of PRBs, and the RS is determined based on the higher layer signaling, in a case that the RS is received in the second set of PRBs.

TRANSMISSION DEVICE, TRANSMISSION METHOD, RECEPTION DEVICE, AND RECEPTION METHOD

The present technology relates to a transmission device, a transmission method, a reception device, and a reception method capable of improving reception performance.

A transmission device generates a transmission identification signal indicating transmission identification information for identifying a transmission device that transmits an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal, and injects a transmission identification signal at a lower level than an OFDM signal corresponding to data to be transmitted into all OFDM symbols of the OFDM signal. The reception device demodulates the OFDM signal after the injection of the transmission identification signal from the transmission device. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a transmission system that transmits and receives an OFDM signal.

Low-overhead channel sounding in Wi-Fi7 based on partial band channel estimation

Optimal determination of a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) sounding method and system may be provided. An Access Point (AP) selects a subchannel for the partial sounding. The AP then sounds the selected subchannel. A client station responds with Channel State Information (CSI). The AP can receive the CSI, from the client station, in response to the sounding. Based on the CSI from the selected subchannel, the AP extrapolates the CSI to determine predicted CSI for a wider bandwidth channel.

TRACKING OF OBJECTS USING RECONSTRUCTION OF DATA CARRIED BY WIRELESS SENSING SIGNALS FROM LIMITED SENSING FREQUENCIES

Implementations disclosed describe techniques and systems for efficient determination and tracking of trajectories of objects in an environment of a wireless device. The disclosed techniques include, among other things, obtaining multiple sets of sensing values that characterize one or more radio signals received, during a respective sensing event, from an object in an environment of the wireless device. The sensing signals may be carried by waves with randomly selected frequencies representing a portion of all frequencies that are used as working sensing frequencies. Multiple techniques of efficient frequency interpolation and temporal interpolation are disclosed that reconstruct the sensing values to the full range of working frequencies. The reconstructed sensing values may then be used to track objects in the environment.
