The processor is configured to calculate, in response to receipt of the configuration information, a CRI and a channel quality indicator (CQI). The transceiver is further configured to report the CRI and the CQI by transmitting the CRI and the CQI on an uplink channel.
Measurement method, and apparatus
The present application discloses a measurement method and an apparatus, so that a measurement result meets a CoMP requirement while feedback overheads are reduced. The measurement method includes: sending, by a first network device, a restricted channel state information CSI measurement instruction to a second network device, where the restricted CSI measurement instruction is used to instruct the second network device to perform restricted CSI measurement; and receiving, by the first network device, CSI sent by the second network device, where the CSI is generated after the CSI measurement is completed based on the CSI measurement instruction.

Method and apparatus to enable CSI reporting based on space-frequency compression
A method of a user equipment (UE) for a channel state information (CSI) feedback in a wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises receiving, from a base station (BS), CSI feedback configuration information including a number (N.sub.SB) of subbands (SB) and a number (R) of frequency domain (FD) units per SB, wherein N.sub.SB and R determine a total number (N.sub.3) of FD units; deriving CSI feedback based on the CSI feedback configuration information, wherein the CSI feedback includes a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) indicating a precoding matrix for each FD unit of the total number (N.sub.3) of FD units; and transmitting the CSI feedback over an uplink channel.
Internet protocol version 6 content routing
A content delivery system includes a cache server, a domain name server, and a redirector. The domain name server is configured to receive a request for a cache server address, and provide an IPv6 anycast address. The redirector is configured to receive a content request addressed to the IPv6 anycast address from a client system, receive load information from the cache server, and determine if the cache server is available. The redirector is further configured to forward the content request to the cache server when the cache server is available. The cache server is configured to receive the content request forwarded from the redirectors, send a response to the content request to a client system, the response including an IPv6 unicast address of the cache server as a source address, an IPv6 unicast address of the client system as a destination address, and the IPv6 anycast address as a home address, and provide the content to the requestor.
