IN-VEHICLE HANDSFREE APPARATUS AND DATA TRANSFER METHOD
An in-vehicle navigation apparatus with a handsfree function establishes a Bluetooth communication link with a cellular phone. When receiving from the cellular phone outgoing call history data and incoming call history data, which were stored in the cellular phone before establishing the Bluetooth communication link, the in-vehicle navigation apparatus stores, in a work memory, the received outgoing call history data and the received incoming call history data, equally to, of the navigation apparatus itself, outgoing call history data and incoming call history data. An outgoing call operation then becomes possible using outgoing call history data and incoming call history data, which are stored in the work memory.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF GENERATING IN-VEHICLE FAVORITE CONTACTS LIST
A system and method of generating an in-vehicle favorite contacts list includes pairing a first mobile device with an in-vehicle infotainment system, and transferring data from the first mobile device to the in-vehicle infotainment system. The data includes a contacts list from the mobile device. The transferred data is weighted, and an in-vehicle favorite contacts list is generated based on the weighted data. The generated in-vehicle favorite contacts list is displayed on a display in the vehicle.

Contact presence aggregator
Methods and systems for identifying and displaying present contacts associated with a device's group account are described herein. In some embodiments, a contact list associated with a requesting device may be obtained, and group accounts, and in particular group accounts that have granted communications session privileges to the requesting device's group account, may be determined. Presence information associated with each of the group accounts may be determined so as to identify which of the group accounts are currently present (e.g., human presence has been detected proximate to a user's device). These group accounts may be aggregated together, and list metadata may be generated indicating which of the contacts are present, and which are not. The list metadata, as well as list data representing the contact list, may then be provided to the requesting device.
NEXT CALL CONTACT PREDICTION
A memory stores call records to a plurality of contacts. A processor is programmed to determine probabilities of calling contacts according to current contextual information and call inferences determined from clusters of a context-encoded model created from the call records, each cluster corresponding to a unique combination of ranges of values of the contextual information; and identify the most likely next contact to call as the one of the plurality of contacts having a highest of the probabilities.
Electronic device providing contact destination and method for operating same
An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication module; an input module; a display, and a processor, wherein the processor may select at least one contact destination of a plurality of contact destinations on the basis of a response inputted through the input module for each of a plurality of events generated through the communication module, and display the same on the display.

Portable electronic device, method, and graphical user interface for displaying electronic lists and documents
In a computer-implemented method, a portion of an electronic document is displayed on the touch screen display. The displayed portion of the electronic document has a vertical position in the electronic document. An object is detected on or near the displayed portion of the electronic document. In response to detecting the object on or near the displayed portion of the electronic document, a vertical bar is displayed on top of the displayed portion of the electronic document. The vertical bar has a vertical position on top of the displayed portion of the electronic document that corresponds to the vertical position in the electronic document of the displayed portion of the electronic document. After a predetermined condition is met, display of the vertical bar is ceased. The vertical bar is displayed for a predetermined time period when the portion of the electronic document is initially displayed.
