This disclosure provides methods, systems, and platforms for automatically prompting a mobile device user to download an application to their mobile device after a triggering event. Triggering events include calling a business, receiving a call from a business, and navigating to a website. In some embodiments, a business can run a targeted campaign to automatically prompt a mobile device user to download an application. In some embodiments, the platform interacts with an application installed on the mobile device. The prompt displayed on the mobile device includes an actionable option to download an application.

Various embodiments disclosed herein provide for a system for managing and adding contacts. A first mobile device can display an image that can be recorded by a second mobile device. Similarly, the first mobile device can record an image displayed by the second mobile device. The image data from each mobile device can be transmitted to a cloud based contact management system, which can match the images to contact information associated with each mobile device. The contact management system can then push the contact details of each mobile device to the other mobile device, and/or link social media accounts associated with each mobile device. The contact management system can also store connection records that represent an ongoing authorization to push contact information changes from each user to the other, respectively.

A method and apparatus for processing information of a terminal, is provided. A personnel contact history recording method executable by an electronic device, comprising: scanning surrounding devices via Bluetooth by a preset time interval; requesting a device name and an IMSI of the scanned device, when at least one device is scanned, and generating a surrounding phone list according to the scanned devices; comparing the surrounding phone list with a daily list to determine whether the devices recording in the surrounding phone list are recorded in the daily list; and, if at least one device recording in the surrounding phone list is recorded in the daily list, sending a warning message to the electronic device and a server.

A personnel contact history recording method executable by an electronic device, comprising: scanning surrounding devices via Bluetooth by a preset time interval; requesting a device name and an IMSI of the scanned device, when at least one device is scanned, and generating a surrounding phone list according to the scanned devices; comparing the surrounding phone list with a daily list to determine whether the devices recording in the surrounding phone list are recorded in the daily list; and, if at least one device recording in the surrounding phone list is recorded in the daily list, sending a warning message to the electronic device and a server.

A method of controlling an audio-video-navigation (AVN) system includes: establishing a phone book access profile (PBAP) with a terminal using a communication unit of the AVN system; requesting, using the PBAP, that the terminal transmit a phone book size indicating an amount of phone book information included in a first partial list among a plurality of phone book lists stored in the terminal; selecting an action to perform based on the phone book size, the action selected from a group consisting of: requesting that the terminal transmit all of the plurality of phone book lists, displaying a previously stored phone book list, and deleting the previously stored phone book list; and performing the selected action.
