METHOD AND COMMUNICATION APPARATUS FOR SHARING A SERIES OF NUMBERS DURING A CALL
A method and a communication apparatus for sharing a series of numbers during a call are provided. In the method, the communication apparatus establishes a call with another communication apparatus, and performs a recognition procedure on a voice in the call to recognize a series of numbers appeared in the voice, so as to display the recognized series of numbers on a display of the communication apparatus. Then, an operation of a user is received and accordingly the series of numbers is sent to the another communication apparatus so as to display the series of numbers on the another communication apparatus.
Mobile terminal and incoming screen display method thereof
Disclosed are a mobile terminal, and an incoming screen display method thereof. The mobile terminal comprises: a communication unit configured to perform a communication with a transmitting terminal and/or a community server; and a controller configured to download a sender's content by requesting search for the sender's content from the community server when a call request is received from the transmitting terminal, and configured to display the downloaded content.
Reconciling contact information between users
Methods, devices, and products utilize wireless-backup technologies to provide contact-reconciliation services with respect to sets of contacts stored on mobile devices. One embodiment of the inventions includes receiving an indication of an update event associated with a first set of contacts on a first mobile device, updating a remotely-stored copy of the first set of contacts, determining that a remotely-stored copy of a second set of contacts does not include a portion of contact information corresponding to the first mobile device, and updating the remotely-stored copy of the second set of contacts. In an embodiment, the remotely-stored copy of the second set of contacts is synchronized with the second set of contacts, thereby updating the second set of contacts.
Information Processing Method and Apparatus
An information processing method and apparatus in the field of mobile communications technologies is provided. In the method, a first terminal obtains, during a call with a second terminal by using voice information sent by the second terminal, to-be-obtained information and object information of an object to which the to-be-obtained information belongs. The first terminal determines at least one category to which the to-be-obtained information belongs and determines a group that is in any category of the at least one category and corresponding to the object to which the to-be-obtained information belongs. The first terminal searches information in the corresponding group in any category for target information associated with the object information and processes the target information with no manual searching being performed.
Location aware spreadsheet actions
Location information is integrated with spreadsheet formulas and operations. Location information may be used in filtering data, detecting data sources, performing calculations, and the like. The data may be filtered by location, individuals, places, and other location based information. The location information may be integrated into native spreadsheet formulas to perform calculations, trigger alerts, or drive other spreadsheet business logic. The location information may also be used to detect and use nearby data sources that are published near the spreadsheet user.
Network updates of time and location
Methods and systems utilize a shake and transfer process to initiate a wireless communication and provide a user device with time and location information of the communication, which can be associated with contact information of a user of the other device. As a result, a user has additional information associated with a contact, and the time and location information can be used to determine or track elapsed time and distance traveled between communications.
SYSTEM PROVIDING RELEVANT SERVICES TO TRANSIENT DEVICES IN WIRELESS NETWORKS AND METHODS THEREOF
Generally described, the present disclosure relates to communications and more particularly, to a system providing relevant services to transient devices in wireless networks and methods thereof. In one illustrative embodiment, a Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) client on a device can be synchronized with a network so that the device can appear as a local entity. The UCC client can facilitate exchange of data to ease the integration of the device into the local environment. After being synchronized, the UCC client can seek out available assistance from the local network and provide it to the user. Typically, the data retrieved from the local network pertains to the current location. The local network can be used to provide wireless service to mobile devices in order to remove them from their carrier network, including providing a local breakout via a Private Branch Exchange (PBX).

PRIVATE CONTACT SHARING
A method and system for obscured contact sharing is provided. In an embodiment, the method includes receiving at a first user device a request from a second user device to provide an obscured contact, wherein the obscured contact includes a plurality of information elements. The first user device receives from the second user device the obscured contact and data about obscuring at least one of the information elements of the obscured contact. Based on the data, an operating system of the first user device obscures the at least one information element from presentation by the first user device to a user while at the same time being able to use the obscured information element for a predetermined time. The operating system of the first user device removes the at least one information element from contact information storage of the first user device in response to detection of a predetermined time indicated by the second user device or a delete command from the second user device.
