IMAGE PROCESSOR AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE
An object of the present invention is to detect a failure of a camera input in a system including a camera or a video transmission path (camera input). An image processor includes a hash derivation circuit having a computing unit that calculates hash values on an input screen and a storage circuit that stores the hash values. The image processor compares the hash values between multiple frames so as to decide whether the screens have changed or stopped. A failure is detected when the screens are stopped.
Image forming apparatus, control method, and storage medium
An image forming apparatus that cooperates with a management service and a blockchain service includes a generation unit that generates an embedded image from document information about a document, an acquisition unit that acquires an embedding setting for use in embedding the embedded image in the document, a printing unit that performs printing of the document with the embedded image embedded therein based on the embedding setting, and a registration unit that registers the document information with the blockchain service, wherein, while the embedding setting includes a setting for embedding a plurality of embedded images in the document and the printing unit outputs a printed product with a plurality of embedded images embedded therein, the registration unit registers the document information with the blockchain service in such a way as to prevent the document information from being registered in an overlapping manner in registering the document information.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO VERIFY DATE AND LOCATION FOR THE CREATION OF A VIDEO
A verification system includes: a code generation server publicizing time stamped codes; a proving device, including a video camera, that acquires a published time stamped code from the code generation server, and, while recording a video, incorporates the acquired time stamped code into the video; and a verifying device that receives the video, extracts the time stamped code from the content of the video, compares the time stamped code to published time stamped codes, and displays a verification of the published time stamped code.
Content metadata directory services
Audio signals are processed in a distributed reader and metadata routing system to provide metadata responses to mobile application programs. A routing system registers identifiers for different content ID schema. These identifiers are encoded in audio signals. Mobile device application programs are equipped with reader programs to extract identifiers from audio sensed by the microphone of a mobile device. Metadata responses are identified by the ID provider of the content ID schema and extracted identifiers. The metadata routing system routes metadata responses to a requesting mobile device, supporting a variety of different ID providers and mobile device applications.
Image processing circuitry and image processing method
An image processing circuitry configured to: store, based on an obtained command, a first image identifier of first image data or the first image data on a write-once-read-many memory, wherein the first image identifier is generated based on the first image data such that it is unique for the first image data.
Method for protecting the authenticity of an object, item, document, packaging and/or a label from imitation, forgery and theft
The invention describes a method for protecting the authenticity of an object, item, document, packaging and/or a label from imitation, forgery and theft, whereas during such marking by means of graphic halftone visually encoded image keeping qualitative-quantitative data of an subject and containing a hidden verification hash code in the form of a digital watermark (DWM), square data cells of the cross-linked structure of the graphic halftone image with identical brightness values are revealed in the entire area inside the revealed square data cell, thereafter a square-cross-linked mask is formed to store the base of the revealed readable data cells, the applied digital watermark (DWM) is read and opposed by means of comparison of the brightness of color components of the central of the revealed readable data cell against the arithmetic mean value of the brightness of the components of the eight neighbor squares surrounding the revealed readable data cell.
Tunable multi-part perceptual image hashing
Systems and methods generate a perceptual image hash of an image. The perceptual image hash can be generated from multiple features extracted from a DCT transformation of the image. The perceptual image hash can be compared to other perceptual image hash values using a weighted Hamming distance function.
METHODS AND APPARATUS TO IDENTIFY MEDIA USING HYBRID HASH KEYS
Methods and apparatus are disclosed to identify media using hash keys. An example disclosed method includes generating a hash key based on first samples of media. In the disclosed example method, the first samples corresponds to a portion of the media sampled in a buffer of a computing device. The example method also includes applying a blurring function to the hash key to generate a blurred hash key. The example method also includes generating first confirmation data based on second samples of the media. The example method also includes storing the blurred hash key in association with the first confirmation data and first reference data in a memory separate from the buffer of the sampled media. In the example methods, the reference data identifies the portion of the media.
RULES DRIVEN PAN ID METADATA ROUTING SYSTEM AND NETWORK
Content objects are associated with metadata via content identifiers that are derived from sensed signals captured by requesting mobile devices. In response to a content based query from a mobile device, content fingerprints and extracted digital codes decoded from the sensed signals are issued to a network based router system. This system determines identification priority, metadata responses associated with different forms of identification, and priority of metadata responses to the query.
