An induction heating circuit for a cooking appliance includes at least one induction coil configured to induce current in a cooking implement. At least one temperatures sensor is configured to measure a temperature proximate the cooking implement. An electrical circuit includes a substrate operably coupled to the at least one induction coil and the at least one temperatures sensor. The substrate of the electrical circuit forms a spring portion in connection with the at least one temperature sensor.

A circuit apparatus for an induction cooktop including at least one induction coil. At least one first circuit board extends along a first plane. At least one second circuit board extends along a second plane and is rigidly connected with the at least one first circuit board. Power circuitry is disposed on the at least one first circuit board and is configured to supply power to the at least one induction coil. Switching circuitry is disposed on the at least one second circuit board and is electrically interposing the power and control circuit and the at least one induction coil. The switching circuitry supplies a drive signal to the at least one induction coil. A control circuit is disposed on the at least one first circuit board and is configured to control the switching circuitry.
INDUCTION HEATING TYPE COOKTOP
A cooktop using an induction heating method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a plate on which an object to be heated is placed, a working coil generating a magnetic field for heating the object to be heated, and an inverter configured to control current flowing through the working coil. The plate may include a supporter made of a non-metallic material, an intermediate heating body forming at least a part of an upper surface of a top plate, and an insulating material that is arranged to be in contact with at least one surface of the intermediate heating body.

A food steamer includes a multi-zone induction cooker, a steamer and a user control panel. The steamer is disposed on the multi-zone induction cooker. The multi-zone induction cooker includes a plurality of heating coils and a heating control circuit. The plurality of heating coils are arranged side-by-side. The heating control circuit is electrically coupled to the heating coils. The steamer includes a top tray and a plurality of water tanks. The top tray has a plurality of steam holes. Each of the plurality of water tanks is separated from the other and disposed above each of the heating coils. The user control panel is electrically coupled to the heating control circuit. The user control panel can generate temperature requests. The heating control circuit can respectively regulate a power of each of the heating coils according to the temperature requests.

The induction cooking appliance also includes a cooling fan, a temperature sensor, and a controller in communication with the temperature sensor. A method of operating the induction cooking appliance includes the controller performing a cooking operation. The cooking operation includes activating the heating element of the induction cooking appliance. The method also includes monitoring a temperature with the temperature sensor during the cooking operation. The method further includes operating the cooling fan based on the monitored temperature of the temperature sensor.
Smart electromagnetic induction wireless charging and cooking device
A cooking device includes a housing including a non-ferromagnetic surface and a lower shell positioned below the non-ferromagnetic surface. The cooking device also includes an induction cooking coil, a battery assembly configured to provide power to the induction cooking coil via a circuit board assembly, and a heat sink surrounding the battery assembly and the circuit board assembly. The induction cooking coil, the battery assembly, and the circuit board assembly are enclosed by the housing. The cooking device also includes a controller operatively coupled to the circuit board assembly and configured to switch from usage of a first driver circuit of the circuit board assembly to a second driver circuit of the circuit board assembly to power the induction cooking coil.

A cooking apparatus may include a main body forming a cooking room, a cooktop including a machine room accommodating an induction heating coil and a fan positioned inside the machine room, the cooktop positioned above the main body, a duct extending from a lower portion of the main body toward the fan and configured to guide air below the main body to the fan, and an air guide configured to guide air discharged to one side of the machine room by the fan downward from the machine room. The air guide may be configured to guide air guided from one side of the machine room downward from the machine room toward another side of the machine room.
