Induction heating type cooktop for enabling high temperature detection
An induction heating type cooktop includes an upper plate coupled to a top side of a case and configured to place an object to be heated on a top of the upper plate, a working coil disposed inside the case to heat the object, a thin film disposed on at least one of a top surface or a bottom surface of the upper plate, an insulator disposed between the bottom surface of the upper plate and the working coil, and a temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature of at least one of the thin film or the upper plate by a plurality of thermocouples.
INDUCTION COOKING APPARATUS WITH HEATSINK AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
An induction cooking apparatus including a coil beam assembly, an inverter assembly, and a heatsink. The coil beam assembly includes one or more induction coils. The inverter assembly includes a first circuit board that is electrically connected to the induction coil(s) such that the inverter assembly is configured to supply electricity to the induction coil(s). The heatsink has a beam-like structure and is attached to both the coil beam assembly and the inverter assembly. The heatsink is positioned above the inverter assembly and below the coil beam assembly such that the heatsink is the sole support structure for the inverter assembly. A method for assembling the induction cooking apparatus is also described.
Induction heating cooker
An induction heating cooker for achieving high output of power and small thickness is provided. The induction heating cooker includes a main body provided at an upper side with a top plate, a heating coil to induction-heat a heating object loaded on the top plat, and a blower device configured to draw external air into the main body and blow the air into the heating coil. The heating coil and the blower device are accommodated in the main body. The main body is provided therein with a first flow path allowing air blown by the blowing device to be supplied toward the heating coil from an outer periphery side and a second flow path allowing air blown by the blowing device to be supplied toward the heating coil from a lower side.
INDUCTION HEATING TYPE COOKTOP
An induction heating type cooktop includes a case, a cover plate that is connected to an upper end of the case and that has an upper surface configured to support an object to be heated, a working coil disposed inside the case, a thin layer disposed at the cover plate and configured to be heated by the working coil through induction, and a working coil cooling fan configured to blow air toward the working coil.
COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooking appliance includes an upper plate configured to support an object to be heated, a working coil configured to generate a magnetic field to heat the object to be heated, an inverter configured apply current to the working coil, an intermediate heating body located at the upper plate, the intermediate heating body configured to generate an eddy current when the magnetic field passes therethrough, and a switch configured to connect a first point and a second point on the intermediate heating body.
Induction cooktop with an exhaust air guide
A heating cooker includes a housing having an exhaust aperture; a top plate on the housing with a heating zone; a heating coil to perform induction heating to heat a heating target on the heating zone; an air-sending device; a cooling air guide having an air outlet, to guide air from the air-sending device to the air outlet; and an exhaust air guide aperture with an air passage extending from a first inlet to a first outlet. The air outlet and the exhaust aperture are aligned with each other and the air outlet of the cooling air guide and the heating coil are aligned each other, both in the front and back direction. The air outlet is arranged on a front side relative to a center of the heating coil. The air passage of the exhaust air guide has a longer length than the first outlet of the air passage.
Induction heating type cooktop having improved use convenience
An induction heating type cooktop includes a case, a cover plate that is coupled to an upper end of the case and that includes an upper plate configured to seat an object on an upper surface of the upper plate, a working coil disposed in the case and configured to heat the object, a thin film attached on the upper plate, and a thermal insulating member disposed vertically between a lower surface of the upper plate and the working coil.
Induction heating device and method for controlling induction heating device
An induction heating device capable of preventing a fuse breaking phenomenon that occurs when a user preheats an empty vessel by determining whether or not a load is present in the vessel, and a method for controlling an induction heating device. In order to prevent a rapid rise in temperature of a vessel occurring in process during which a user preheats an empty vessel using an induction heating device and a fuse breaking phenomenon resulting therefrom, a controller of the induction heating device may determine whether or not a vessel placed on a working coil is an empty vessel in a vessel heating process, that is, whether or not a load is present in the vessel.
