Dimmable instant-start ballast
A dimmable instant-start ballast for a plurality of LED lamps and/or a plurality of fluorescent lamps is provided, which includes an isolated dimming interface, a duty control device, a dimming switch, and an inverter circuit. The isolated dimming interface receives a dimming signal to generate a dimming voltage. The duty control device generates an operation signal according to the dimming voltage. The dimming switch periodically couples a first node to a ground according to the operation signal. The inverter circuit receives a rectified voltage and is coupled to the first node. When the first node is coupled to the ground terminal, the inverter circuit provides a lamp current for the LED lamps and/or the fluorescent lamps.
System and method for thermal protection for a universal load control cabinet
A universal load control module may include a power supply that operates over a wide voltage range, a microcontroller, and one or more functional control blocks. A functional control block may include a dimmer circuit for controlling a lighting load that provides reverse phase cut mode dimming, forward phase cut mode dimming, and hybrid phase cut mode dimming, as well as thermal protection. One or more universal control modules may be housed in a cabinet that include a cabinet control module. The cabinet may include additional thermal protection measures.
Universal voltage LED power supply with regenerating power source circuitry, non-isolated load, and 0-10V dimming circuit
A light-emitting diode (LED) lighting device has an LED and a power supply including an inductor coupled to the LED. A cathode of the LED is coupled to the inductor opposite an anode of the LED. The inductor is coupled for receiving a first power signal. A transistor includes a conduction terminal coupled to the inductor to enable current through the inductor. A current from the first power signal is switched to generate a second power signal. A first diode includes an anode coupled to the inductor opposite the cathode of the LED. A controller includes a first terminal coupled to a cathode of the first diode and a second terminal coupled to a control terminal of the transistor. A dimming controller is coupled to a third terminal of the controller. A Zener diode is coupled to the first terminal of the controller.
Control method for multi-zone active-matrix temperature control in plasma processing apparatus
Method for multi-zone temperature control system having temperature control matrix and gate driver; N*M temperature control modules form N-row M-column matrix, power supply line, and power return line; each temperature control module comprising: a temperature control unit adapts to be heated up by electrical power for temperature controlling; semiconductor switch provided with a gate electrode connected with the gate driver, two ends of the gate being connected with the power supply line, and the power return line through the temperature control unit, respectively. In the temperature control matrix, one ends, which are connected with a power return line, of the temperature control units of temperature control modules in a same row or same column are serially connected, and connected with the power supply line; one ends, which are connected with the power supply line at same row or same column are serially connected, and connected with the power supply line.
