A METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DENTAL PROSTHESIS WITH PARALLEL ROOTS OF THE PROSTHETIC TEETH
The invention relates to a method for producing a dental prosthesis, wherein the dental prosthesis has a prosthetic base and several prosthetic teeth, wherein the method is conducted using a virtual three-dimensional dental prosthesis model of the physical dental prosthesis to be produced, and wherein the virtual three-dimensional dental prosthesis model is divided into at least one virtual three-dimensional model of the prosthetic teeth and one virtual three-dimensional model of the prosthetic base, or comprises at least one virtual three-dimensional model of the prosthetic teeth and one virtual three-dimensional model of the prosthetic base, wherein the boundary are between the virtual model of the prosthetic teeth and the virtual model of the prosthetic base is computed such that the prosthetic teeth in the virtual model has roots that are aligned parallel to each other and the prosthetic base in the virtual model has tooth sockets that are aligned parallel, wherein the tooth sockets form a negative shape of the roots of the prosthetic teeth, having the following steps: A) several prefabricated prosthetic teeth for the production of the dental prosthesis are affixed, or are already affixed, in a supporting means; B) producing the prosthetic base according to the virtual model of the prosthetic base with a CAM method, wherein in the prosthetic base, tooth sockets are created that lie parallel to each other; C) processing the prosthetic teeth basally and adjacent cervically while held in the supporting means in accordance with the virtual model of the prosthetic teeth using a CAM method, so that the roots of the prosthetic teeth produced lie parallel to each other when the prosthetic teeth are inserted into the prosthetic base; and D) inserting the processed prosthetic teeth together or in groups into the tooth sockets of the prosthetic base and attaching the processed prosthetic teeth in the tooth sockets.
The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced using such a method and a device for implementing such a method.

The invention relates to a device for holding prosthetic teeth (2), the device comprising a negative form (1) and at least one clamping unit (6), wherein in the negative form (1), recesses (4) for holding coronal sides (12) of the prosthetic teeth (2) are provided, wherein the recesses (4) are formed in such a manner that the prosthetic teeth (2) can be inserted in an unequivocally position and orientation into the recesses (4), wherein the at least one clamping unit (6) is affixable or is affixed to the negative form (1) with a connecting means (10), and wherein the at least one clamping unit (6) has at least one elastic holding means (8), wherein with the at least one elastic holding means (8), an elastic force is exercisable or is exerted from at least two different directions onto the prosthetic teeth (2) inserted into the negative form (1), while the at least one clamping unit (6) is affixed to the negative form (1), so that the prosthetic teeth (2) are affixed in the device. The invention also relates to a method for affixing, and preferably processing, prosthetic teeth (2) and a set for implementing such a method, having several prefabricated prosthetic teeth (2) and at least one such device.

Production of a dental prosthesis by printing prosthetic base onto prosthetic teeth
The invention relates to a method for producing a dental prosthesis, wherein the dental prosthesis comprises a prosthetic base and a plurality of prosthetic teeth, wherein the method is carried out with the use of a virtual three-dimensional dental prosthesis model of the dental prosthesis which is to be produced, and wherein the virtual three-dimensional dental prosthesis model comprises virtual prosthetic teeth and a virtual prosthetic base, including the following chronological steps: A) producing a physical occlusion plate, wherein a region of the surface of the occlusion plate is formed by a negative of the coronal sides of the virtual prosthetic teeth of the virtual dental prosthesis model, wherein the location and orientation of the virtual prosthetic teeth relative to one another corresponding to the virtual dental prosthesis model remain retained in the shape of the surface of the occlusion plate; B) placing and securing preassembled prosthetic teeth on the occlusion plate, wherein the coronal sides of the pre-assembled prosthetic teeth are placed on the surface of the occlusion plate formed by the negative; C) securing the occlusion plate, with the prosthetic teeth secured therein, in a device for the layered forming of three-dimensional plastic structures; and D) printing the prosthetic base onto the basal ends of the prosthetic teeth with the device for the layered forming of three-dimensional plastic structures on the basis of the shape of the virtual prosthetic base. The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced with such a method and a device for carrying out such a method.

The method includes the following steps: inserting at least two prefabricated prosthetic teeth with their coronal sides into recesses of an elastic mold, attaching a clamping device to the elastic mold, and applying mechanical pressure to exert force to affix the prosthetic teeth in the elastic mold, positioning and aligning the prosthetic teeth in a desired position and a desired alignment in relation to each other in the elastic mold, affixing the elastic mold with the clamping device and prosthetic teeth in a defined position in a holder of a CAM device for removing material of the prosthetic teeth with a CAM method, and basally ablating at least one of the prosthetic teeth affixed in the elastic mold with the CAM method.
