Teeth cleaning device
A teeth cleaning device including: a first support structure comprising a first dentature channel configured to receive upper teeth; a second support structure comprising a second dentature channel configured to receive lower teeth; a first set of teeth cleaning pads located within the first dentature channel and a second set of teeth cleaning pads located within the second dentature channel; a first set of air bladders operably coupled to the first set of teeth cleaning pads and a second set of air bladders operably coupled to the second set of teeth cleaning pads; and a control unit operably coupled to an air-flow subsystem which is coupled to the bladders, the control unit configured to: (1) operate the air-flow subsystem to produce a first cleaning motion; (2) operate the air-flow subsystem to produce a second cleaning motion; and (3) operate the air-flow subsystem to produce a third cleaning motion.
Method of manufacturing a recess wall lined with bristles for a mouthpiece for simultaneously brushing at a plurality of dental positions, and a recess wall and mouthpiece obtained with the method; and dental cleaning device; and mouthpiece for brushing at a plurality of dental positions, brushing device comprising such mouthpiece, and method of operating such a mouthpiece or brushing device
The invention relates to method of manufacturing a recess wall lined with bristles for a mouthpiece for simultaneously brushing at a plurality of dental positions, and to a recess wall and mouthpiece manufactured according to the method. In a providing step, an elongate, continuous, bristled sheet part having a first side lined with a plurality of bristles is provided. The elongate sheet part defines a length axis extending parallel to the sheet part and, viewed transverse to the length axis, a cross-sectional shape. The sheet part obtained in the providing step has an initial condition in which the cross-sectional shape has an initial shape, and the length axis is arch-shaped. In a transforming step, the sheet part of the providing step is transformed from the initial condition to a final condition to provide the recess wall. In the final condition the cross-sectional shape has a final U-shape, the length axis is arch shaped, and the first side is a concave inner side of the final U-shape. The first side is in the final condition more concave than in the initial condition.

ORAL HEALTH DEVICE FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY BRUSHING THE SURFACES OF AND CLEANING THE INTERPROXIMAL SPACES BETWEEN A USER’S TEETH
An oral insert includes a plurality of bristles and a plurality of fluid nozzles. The plurality of bristles is located on an upper portion and a lower portion of a tray surface of the oral insert. The plurality of fluid nozzles is located at an inner portion and an outer portion of the tray surface. Fluid output by the plurality of fluid nozzles causes the plurality of bristles to contact surfaces of teeth associated with a user of the oral insert.

Dental Cleaning Device
A dental cleaning device for simultaneously brushing at a plurality of dental positions. The dental cleaning device includes: a mouthpiece having a pressure chamber for containing a fluid under pressure; a pump unit arranged in fluid communication with said pressure chamber and configured to reciprocatingly increase and decrease a pressure in the pressure chamber; a pressure sensor configured to measure a pressure in the pressure chamber and to produce a pressure signal; and a controller configured to generate a control signal. The controller is configured to generate the control signal in dependence on the pressure signal and the pump unit is configured to provide a delivery into and/or out of the pressure chamber in response to the control signal. The controller is configured to reduce the delivery of the pump unit when the pressure in the pressure chamber exceeds a predetermined upper threshold.

Surgical cleaning device with adapter
A device for the surgical cleaning of infected implants, the device containing a brush head containing a bristle region having a plurality of bristles; a supply element configured to transport a cleaning liquid to the brush head; a discharge element configured to remove liquid from the brush head; and a connecting element configured to releasably connect the supply element and the discharge element to an external lavage device.
MOUTHPIECE-TYPE TEETH-CLEANING METHOD
A mouthpiece-type teeth cleaner, comprising: an excitation source, configured to generate one or more groups of alternating excitation signals; and a cleaning system, configured to generate one or more cleaning operations according to the excitation signals, with different cleaning actions applied to various parts of the teeth; wherein the teeth cleaner has a correlation between the cleaning operation and the cleaning action and each part of the tooth, and the correlation enables each part of the tooth to be individually cleaned.
Oral Irrigator
An oral irrigator has a separate high pressure water system and low pressure mouth rinse system to deliver two different fluids to a pick or other accessories. The water system and mouth rinse system are combined in a handle. The pick is connected to the handle. The water system has a blocking valve located in the handle and the mouth rinse system has a hand pump located in the handle. The hand pump sits next to a valve button for closing the blocking valve. When the hand pump is pressed, it presses against the valve button of the blocking valve to shut off the source of high pressure water to the pick. The pressure in the pick drops so that the hand pump can then introduce mouth rinse into the pick. When the hand pump is released, the blocking valve opens up and high pressure water returns to the pick.
