The female component may include a female receptacle portion comprising a top wall, a bottom wall, and one or more sidewalls collectively forming a receptacle configured to receive and releasably lock to the insertable male portion of the male component. The top wall of the female receptacle may include a cantilever wall partially surrounded by one or more slots. The cantilever wall may extend proximate a same plane as the top wall.

Article of apparel including concealed weapon pocket

An article of apparel includes a concealed weapon pocket positioned at a location on the article of apparel which allow for easy access by a user, such as a lower side portion of a coat or jacket, for example. The front panel includes an upper portion that is releasably secured about its top edge and upper side edges to the main panel, and a lower portion that is fixably secured about its bottom and lower side edges to the main panel. A flap associated with a front cargo pocket may be grasped by hand and moved in a generally forward and downward direction to expose the upper portion of the concealed weapon pocket. The user may then grasp and deploy a weapon disposed in the pocket with minimized structural interference from any portion of the pocket or surrounding apparel structure.

Apparatus and method of locking two devices to each other through a receiver base, a pair of pivoting locking tabs, each having first and second arms extending out from a pivot point, and an insert that is partially engaged within a cavity formed by the receiver base and locking tabs. The receiver base is configured to be engageable with a first device. The insert is configured to be engageable with a second device. An optional push button assembly that has a retractable lip is engageable with the receiver base to block rotational movement of the locking tabs unless the lip of the push button is retracted. The apparatus may also include magnetic actuators and corresponding electronic switches that provide two stage locking and, optionally, provide contact state signaling to an external controller and computer to verify locked/unlocked status of the insert relative to the receiver base cavity and locking tabs.

FEMALE FASTENER AND RESIN RING SPRING FOR FEMALE FASTENER

A female fastener that holds a resin ring spring accommodated in an accommodation housing of the female fastener, wherein the resin ring spring accommodated in the accommodation housing locks a male fastener inserted therein. The resin ring spring includes a plurality of outwardly projecting convex portions provided at a predetermined interval, in such a manner that, when the resin ring spring is in a natural state accommodated in the accommodation housing, a diametrical gap between an inner circumferential wall of the accommodation housing and an outer circumference of the ring spring increases and decreases alternately. A difference between an outer diameter of the resin ring spring and an inner diameter of the accommodation housing is 0.2 mm or less.
