BREAK OFF SPACER CLIP FOR TROCHANTERIC FEMORAL NAIL TELESCOPING HEAD ELEMENT
A system, comprises an implant including an outer sleeve and a head element, the outer sleeve extending longitudinally and including a channel extending therethrough, the head element including a shaft portion and a bone-engaging portion, the shaft portion received within the channel of the outer sleeve and longitudinally movable relative thereto and a clip device removably assembled with the implant to hold the outer sleeve and the head element in a desired position relative to one another, the clip device including a body extending longitudinally along with a separation portion connected to a proximal end of the body via a releasable connection to engage the proximal end of the outer sleeve and a spacer portion connected to the proximal end of the body to releasably engage a portion of the shaft portion between a proximal end of the bone-engaging portion and the distal end of the outer sleeve.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FRACTURE REPLACEMENT OF COMMINUTED BONE FRACTURES OR PORTIONS THEREOF ADJACENT BONE JOINTS
A system and method facilitating replacement of comminuted bone fractures or portions thereof adjacent bone joints. The system and method employs a prosthesis to replace at least a portion of the comminuted bone fractures. The prosthesis serves in reproducing the articular surface of the portion or portions of the comminuted bone fractures that are replaced. In doing so, the prosthesis serves in restoring joint viability and corresponding articulation thereof.
Bone plate for the greater trochanter
The invention relates to Implant device (1) comprising a rigid element (10) being designed to be fastened to a femur implant (20) in a fastened state of said rigid element (10), wherein particularly said femur implant (20) is an intramedullary nail or a femoral stem. According to the invention said rigid element (10) is designed as a hook-shaped plate (10) for encompassing the greater trochanter (3) of the femur (2) at least in sections when being arranged in said fastened state and when said femur implant (20) is arranged in or on the femur (2) as intended.
DIRECT ANTERIOR HIP REPLACEMENT TROCHANTER SECUREMENT APPARATUS
A direct anterior hip replacement trochanter securement apparatus including a trochanter engager, an implant connector configured to securely connect the trochanter engager to an implant in a femur, and a trochanter engager securer configured to securely hold part of the trochanter engager at a point along the femur below the trochanter.
System for replacement of at least a portion of a carpal articular surface of a radius
Modular lateral hip augments
An implant for a hip can include a lateral augment adapted to be coupled to a lateral side of a femoral body implant. The lateral augment can include a body portion having a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, and a protrusion extending from the second surface. The protrusion can have a shape adapted to mate with a complementary shaped recess formed in the lateral side of the femoral body implant. An aperture can be positioned in the body portion and extend through the protrusion. A fastener can be received through the aperture and adapted to be threadably secured to the lateral bore. The fastener can be configured to have a length sufficient to pass through a portion of a greater trochanter for securing the portion of the greater trochanter and the lateral augment to the femoral body implant.
PERIPROSTHETIC BONE PLATES
The present disclosure relates to bone plates that are configured for use with bones having periprosthetic fractures. For example, in the event that a proximal femur is fractured in an area that is adjacent to a prosthetic component, such as a femoral stem used in a hip replacement, the periprosthetic bone plates of the present invention may be used. In one exemplary embodiment, the periprosthetic bone plates include a periprosthetic zone having a plurality of central apertures and a plurality of outer apertures that are offset from the central apertures. The periprosthetic zone may further include a plurality of indentations, each indentation extending longitudinally between adjacent outer apertures to narrow a width of the bone plate.

INTERCONNECTED IMPLANTS AND METHODS
An apparatus, system, and method may be used to replace a natural or artificial articular surface of a joint, and to repair a bone that is associated with the joint. In some embodiments, the apparatus, system, and method may include a joint replacement prosthesis with a prosthetic articular surface, a support structure securable to the bone, and a first attachment interface. The system may also include a bone plate with a bone engagement surface securable to the bone on either side of a fracture formed in the bone, or a damaged area of the bone. The bone plate may include a second attachment interface that is attachable to the first attachment interface of the joint replacement prosthesis in order to couple the bone plate to the joint replacement prosthesis.
