Hook-and-loop fastener provided with hollow woven part
A hook-and-loop fastener including a base cloth composed of warps, a weft, and engaging element yarns and engaging elements formed of the engaging element yarns and provided on a surface of the base cloth. The hook-and-loop fastener includes a hollow woven part satisfying at least four specific requirements.
SENSOR DEVICE
A sensor device is for determining moisture using an electrical conductivity measurement. A non-conducting support has individual electrical conductors. The electrical resistance between the electrical conductors is dependent upon the amount of moisture present on the support and the electrical conductors. The respective electrical conductor is an integral component of a hook-and-loop fastener part.
Conductive surface fastener and production method therefor
A conductive hook-and-loop fastener that has a high engagement force, undergoes less decrease in conductivity even after repeated engagement and release, and is significantly flexible. The conductive hook-and-loop fastener includes a base cloth containing a woven fabric, having existing on one surface thereof plural loop engagement elements including a multifilament yarn including as at least a part thereof a conductive filament, and the multifilament yarn constituting the loop engagement elements is inwoven in a warp direction of the woven fabric.
KNIT FASTENER LOOP PRODUCTS
A method of making a loop fastener product features knitting, such as by circular knitting, a pile yarn and one or more ground yarns to form a stretchable knit fabric having loops of the pile yarn extending from a knit ground, with the ground yarns including polymers of differing melt temperatures. The knit fabric is then held in a desired state while the fabric is set by first applying sufficient heat to cause the lower melt temperature resin to flow into interstices of the fabric ground, and then allowing the fabric to cool. The cooled fabric ground is less stretchable in two orthogonal directions after setting than before setting, has a greater air permeability after setting than before setting, and has hook-engageable pile loops extending from bound interstices.
HOOK AND LOOP FASTENER AND TEXTILE PRODUCTS
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a hook and loop fastener that not only has excellent engaging properties but is also flexible, generates little ripping noise when the male part and female part are separated, is excellent for sewing to fabric or the like, and is very durable, and a textile product comprising the hook and loop fastener. A hook and loop fastener comprises a fabric A that has a resin layer and a napped fabric B that has a resin layer containing a napped portion and a ground structure portion.
POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE-BASED HOOK-AND-LOOP FASTENER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A polyethylene terephthalate-based woven hook-and-loop fastener which contains, as a woven base fabric, a fabric having a multifilament yarn made of polyethylene terephthalate as a warp yarn and a polyester-based heat-fusible multifilament yarn as a weft yarn, in which a monofilament yarn made of polyethylene terephthalate is woven in parallel with the warp yarn into the woven base fabric, a hook-shaped engaging element formed from the monofilament yarn and rising from the surface of the woven base fabric exists on the surface of the woven base fabric, and a root of the hook-shaped engaging element is fixed to the woven base fabric by a melt-solidified product of a heat-fusible component of the heat-fusible multifilament yarn, in which a melting peak temperature of the warp yarn by DSC measurement is in a range of 251.0 to 257.5? C.
Flat touch-and-close fastener element and cleaning system comprising such a flat touch-and-close fastener element
A flat touch-and-close fastener element, which is detachably connected to a second touch-and-close fastener element, thereby forms a touch-and-close closure. The fastener element has a system of threads (10) of warp and weft threads, as well as pile threads. The individual threads have different chemical and/or physical properties and, for this purpose, are formed of different materials.
CONNECTION SYSTEM
A connection system consists at least of an adhesion part and a fastening part. The adhesion part has at least one support part having a plurality of stem-like adhesion elements integrally joined thereto, the head parts of which adhesion elements can be releasably fixed at their free end faces to third components by means of adhesion. The fastening part is rigidly connected to the adhesion part on one side, and on another, opposite side has exposed fastening elements which, when brought into engagement with additional, correspondingly designed fastening elements of an additional fastening part, form a releasable adhesive fastener.
Fastening fabric
A fastening fabric having a restraining fabric structure, including a first base structure and plural fiber bundles protruding from a surface of the first base structure, wherein each of the fiber bundles has plural inclined restraining fibers, and the plural inclined restraining fibers are formed with a rigidity and inclined towards a same direction, and respectively formed with an included angle with respect to the surface of the first base structure; and a loop fabric structure, including a second base structure and plural loop bundles protruding from a surface of the second base structure, wherein each of the loop bundles has plural fibriform loops; when the restraining fabric structure and the loop fabric structure are in contact for being mutually adhered, the inclined restraining fibers and the fibriform loops are tangled with each other to provide an adhering and fastening effect.
DYED TEXTILE HOOK-AND-LOOP FASTENER AND METHOD FOR DYEING TEXTILE HOOK-AND-LOOP FASTENER
A dyed textile hook-and-loop fastener obtained through supercritical CO.sub.2 dyeing of a textile hook-and-loop fastener, is dyed in a deep color, and exhibits a high rupture elongation due to having less thermal history in a dyeing step.
