ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
A sensor board is downsized. An electric work machine includes a stator, a rotor rotatable about a rotation axis, magnetic sensors, a sensor board supporting the magnetic sensors, and an output unit drivable by the rotor. The stator includes a stator core, an insulator, and coils including first-, second-, and third-phase coils. The rotor includes a rotor core and magnets fixed to the rotor core. The magnetic sensors detect the magnets and include, in a circumferential direction, a first magnetic sensor aligned with at least a portion of a first coil pair, a second magnetic sensor aligned with at least a portion of a second coil pair, and a third magnetic sensor aligned with at least a portion of a third coil pair.
ROTOR FOR AN ELECTRIC MACHINE
A rotor for an electric machine, especially a generator of a direct drive wind turbine, includes a cylindrical rotor housing with several magnet means arranged at the inner housing surface, wherein each magnet means includes several magnet elements arranged in a row parallel to an axis of rotation, wherein the inner housing surface is provided with at least one groove-like recesses extending parallel to the axis of rotation, wherein each recess is covered by the magnet elements of a row, and wherein at least two magnet elements in at least some of the rows are arranged with at least one gap extending in the circumferential direction, which gap communicates with the respective recess.
ROTOR FOR AN ELECTRIC MACHINE
A rotor for an electric machine, especially a generator of a direct drive wind turbine, includes a cylindrical rotor housing with several magnet means arranged at the inner housing surface, wherein each magnet means includes several magnet elements arranged in a row parallel to an axis of rotation, wherein the inner housing surface is provided with at least one groove-like recesses extending parallel to the axis of rotation, wherein each recess is covered by the magnet elements of a row, and wherein at least two magnet elements in at least some of the rows are arranged with at least one gap extending in the circumferential direction, which gap communicates with the respective recess.

An electric work machine includes magnets appropriately fixed to a rotor core. The electric work machine includes a stator including a stator core, an insulator fixed to the stator core, and a coil attached to the insulator, a rotor rotatable about a rotation axis and including a rotor core, a magnet fixed to the rotor core, and a rotor cup supporting the rotor core and including a core support surface supporting an end face of the rotor core in a first axial direction along the rotation axis and a magnet support surface supporting at least a part of an end face of the magnet in the first axial direction, and an output unit drivable by the rotor.
ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
An electric work machine includes coils formed reliably. The machine includes a stator, a rotor rotatable about a rotation axis, and an output unit drivable by the rotor. The stator includes a stator core including a cylindrical yoke and teeth protruding radially outward from the yoke, an insulator fixed to the stator core, and coils each wound around a corresponding one of the teeth with the insulator in between. The insulator includes a first cover covering a first end face of the yoke in a first axial direction and a rib on the first cover and supporting a wire connecting the coils. The rotor includes a rotor core outside a periphery of the stator and a magnet fixed to the rotor core.
Flux machine
A flux machine includes a stator and a rotor. A set of electrical coil assemblies with side surfaces and sets of plural permanent magnets are arranged circularly on the stator and the rotor. Pole faces of the magnets are positioned adjacent to and spaced apart from side surfaces of permeable cores of the coil assemblies. In each coil assembly a pair of like pole faces of the magnets mutually face across the permeable core and a third magnet pole face faces transversely relative to the mutually facing pole faces of the pair of magnets.
Motor for drone and drone comprising same
Provided is a motor for a drone comprising: a rotary shaft; a stator including a hole in which the rotary shaft is disposed; a rotor disposed outside the stator; and a housing coupled to the stator, wherein the stator comprises a stator core and a coil wound around the stator core, wherein the stator core comprises an annular yoke coupled to the housing, teeth extending radially from the yoke, and a shoe disposed at one end of the teeth, wherein the teeth comprise protrusions projecting from the side surface thereof. As such, the present invention provides an advantageous effect of securing an air flow path for heat radiation to enhance a heat radiating effect while preventing water or foreign matter from flowing into the motor.
Radial multi piece rotor for electric machine
A permanent magnet carrier, which could be a rotor or stator of an electric machine, includes a first non-magnetic ring and a second non-magnetic ring. Between the rings are soft magnetic pole elements. The soft magnetic pole elements each connect to the first and second non-magnetic rings and the soft magnetic pole elements are separated from each other by the first and second non-magnetic rings. Permanent magnets are disposed between the soft magnetic pole elements.

A magnetic pole module, an electric motor rotor and a method for manufacturing the electric motor rotor are provided. The electric motor rotor includes a rotor yoke and multiple magnetic pole modules disposed on the rotor yoke, each of the magnetic pole modules including a base plate, a housing, and a pair of magnetic pole units that are accommodated in an accommodating space formed by the base plate and the housing and have opposite polarities, and a pair of magnetic pole units in each of the magnetic pole modules are spaced apart from each other by a first distance in a circumferential direction of the rotor yoke. The electric motor rotor can give consideration to the properties, such as cogging torque and torque pulsation, of a generator, the protection of magnetic poles and the mechanical fixation of the magnetic pole.
Column type coreless motor
A column type coreless motor is provided, having has no iron loss, low heat loss and high efficiency. The motor includes a stator, a rotor and a motor housing, wherein the rotor is a column type structure with a U-shaped annular groove, and the stator is placed in the U-shaped annular magnetic field of the rotor. In some embodiments, the stator is made by solidifying a coil therein with a thermosetting material through a pressure device, and the coil is wound by combining multiple enameled wires into a phase line, successively superposing three-phase lines, and winding each phase line in a toothed circle shape. The rotor is provided with a heat dissipation fan, and the fan discharges the heat generated by the coil out of the motor through a heat dissipation air passage in the motor housing, effectively ensuring the heat dissipation effect of the motor.
