Data transmission processing method and apparatus, communication device, and storage medium
This application discloses a data transmission processing method and apparatus, a communication device, and a storage medium. The data transmission processing method includes: performing, by a transmit end, spectrum spreading on to-be-transmitted data through K orthogonal sequences, to obtain K orthogonal data matrices; the transmit end maps the K orthogonal data matrices onto different frequency division multiplexing OFDM subcarriers, to obtain K first OFDM signals, where the first OFDM signals are spectrum spreading data matrix OFDM signals; performing, by the transmit end, inverse fast Fourier transform IFFT processing on a k.sup.th first OFDM signal among the K first OFDM signals, to obtain a k.sup.th first OFDM time domain signal; and the transmit end maps the k.sup.th first OFDM time domain signal onto a k.sup.th transmit antenna, and transmits a first data signal through the k.sup.th transmit antenna.
Transmitter and receiver for, and method of, transmitting and receiving symbols over time varying channels with Doppler spread
A communication frame for an OTFS transmission system includes first-type and second-type blocks. The first-type block includes pilot signals, guard signals, and data signals, the second-type block exclusively includes data signals. The pilot symbols, guard signals, and data symbols of the first-type block, and the data symbols of the second-type block, are arranged along the points of a grid in the delay-Doppler domain. In the communication frame, a first-type block is followed by a second-type block, and a second-type block is followed by a first-type block. In the first-type block at least one pilot symbol is surrounded on at least three sides by one or more guard symbols. Points of the grid of the first-type blocks in the delay-Doppler domain that are not occupied by pilot symbols or guard symbols are used for data symbols. The communication frame permits determining oscillator frequency offset and channel coefficients in a receiver.

Techniques for tone reservation in orthogonal time-frequency space waveform communications
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for application of a tone reservation signal for orthogonal time-frequency space (OTFS) waveform communications. A tone reservation signal may use a first subset of resources of a set of resources associated with an OTFS frame, which may mitigate relatively large PAPR associated with transmission of the OTFS frame. A tone reservation signal may use in-frame resources (e.g., as delay-Doppler locations within a delay-Doppler resource grid) of the OTFS frame, or may use tone reservation resources may correspond subcarriers that are out-of-band with subcarriers of an OTFS frame. Signaling may be provided by a transmitting device that indicates the tone reservation resources, and a receiving device may decode a received communication in accordance with remaining resources other than the tone reservation resources.
