Common Analog Beam Steering for Band Groups
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for a wireless device and a cellular base station to support common analog beam steering for band groups. The wireless device may provide an indication of analog beam steering capability of the wireless device to the cellular base station. For example, the wireless device may support a limited number of analog beams for each of one or more band groups. The cellular base station may select beam configuration information for the wireless device based at least in part on the indication of analog beam steering capability of the wireless device. This may include selecting a common beam for multiple component carriers for the wireless device based on the wireless device’s analog beam steering capability. The cellular base station may provide the beam configuration information to the wireless device.

COMMUNICATIONS METHOD AND APPARATUS
A communications method and apparatus implement radio frequency link sharing, improve radio frequency link utilization, and increase an uplink transmission rate. The method is as follows: a terminal receives first configuration information and second configuration information from a first network device. The first configuration information is used to indicate a first reference signal resource of a first antenna port, and the second configuration information is used to indicate a second reference signal resource of a second antenna port; or the first configuration information is used to indicate a third reference signal resource of a first quantity of antenna ports, and the second configuration information is used to indicate a fourth reference signal resource of a second quantity of antenna ports. The terminal sends a first reference signal based on the first configuration information and sends a second reference signal based on the second configuration information.
Maximum MIMO layer aware DL positioning reference signal (PRS) reception
A user equipment (UE) receives a maximum downlink (DL) Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) layer configuration for DL communications, such as control signals or data signals, in one or more bandwidth parts (BWPs) and a positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration for receiving DL PRS. The UE receives DL PRS in an active BWP using a number of reception antennas based on, e.g., at least equal to, the maximum number of DL MIMO layers in the active bandwidth part. The UE may be configured to transmit uplink (UL) PRS, e.g., SRS for positioning purposes, using at least a maximum number of transmission antennas that is configured for communications purposes.
Synchronization signal block grouping based on full-duplex capability
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first wireless node (e.g., a user equipment) may receive, from a second wireless node (e.g., a base station), a downlink signaling message indicating a synchronization signal block (SSB) grouping based at least in part on a full-duplex capability and transmission directions associated with the second wireless node. The first wireless node may configure, and the second wireless node may perform, a beam search and/or a self-interference measurement to identify at least one candidate downlink and uplink beam pair suitable for full-duplex operation based at least in part on the SSB grouping. Aspects described herein relate to determining a condition related to at least one of a thermal condition at the first device or receiving, at the first device, rate or diversity parameters reported to the first device by a second device, modifying, based on determining the condition, a configuration of a set of antenna elements from at least one antenna panel to use in wireless communication, and communicating with one or more devices using the modified configuration of the set of antenna elements from the at least one antenna panel.
Rank indicator and layer indicator signaling in non-coherent joint transmission channel state information
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of first and second channel measurement resources associated with corresponding first and second transmission configuration indicator states. The UE may identify a rank restriction parameter for obtaining channel state information for a joint transmission hypothesis associated with the first and second channel measurement resources. The UE may generate and transmit a channel state information report that includes at least one rank indicator corresponding to the joint transmission hypothesis in accordance with the rank restriction parameter.

The present disclosure relates to an electronic device, a distributed unit device, a wireless communication method, and a storage medium. The electronic device of the present disclosure comprises a processing circuit, configured to: receive a space radiation parameter related to a space radiation feature of a transmit antenna of a user equipment; and determine, according to the space radiation parameter of the user equipment, whether an uplink signal from the user equipment causes interference on other electronic devices. By using the electronic device, the distributed unit device, the wireless communication method, and the storage medium according to the present disclosure, interference on other satellite devices by an uplink signal from a user equipment to a satellite device which provides service for the user equipment can be eliminated or avoided.
