Permanent jewelry and method of making same
An item of permanent jewelry involves a Band including a hollow extending longitudinally into the Band from a first terminal end, an internal bar having a first terminal end inserted into the hollow, wherein the Band is connected to the internal bar by at least one pin extending transversely through both the first terminal end of the Band and the first terminal end of the internal bar, and wherein the second terminal end of the Band and second terminal end of the internal bar are coupled together such so that the Band and internal bar collectively form a closed loop such that the closed loop cannot be slid off the person without damaging at least one of the Band, the internal bar or the at least one pin. A method of making an item of permanent jewelry is also disclosed.
Customizable bracelet
A customizable bracelet or belt that has a matrix of evenly spaced holes all around the article. Inserts such as pegs, rhinestones, and charms are configured to be inserted through any of the holes and will be snugly secured inside the hole. In this way, a very large number of configurations can be designed by a user by using different combinations of the inserts. The configurations can be in a particular pattern, spell words, etc.
Personal item management apparatus
An embodiment personal item management apparatus includes a wearable band having a fixed circumference that defines a first outer diameter; and a clasp coupled to the wearable band, the clasp having a second outer diameter that is less than the first outer diameter and being adapted to couple a personal item to the wearable band. In an exemplary embodiment, the ratio of the second outer diameter to the first outer diameter is about 0.4.

A wearable smart band and comprises a fixing band provided so as to be wearable on a joint of a user including a human, an animal, a machine, etc; a receptacle member formed on the fixing band so that a tool, a machine part, a device, and an information device is located, and having an upper part covered by a cover; a flexible band provided on one side of the fixing band, whereof the shape of the fixing band is transformed according to movement of the user's joint; and an inserting and drawing assembly having one end is connected to the flexible band and the other end connected to the information device or the cover, wherein the information device or cover is drawn or inserted from or into the receptacle member by the transformation of the flexible band according to the movement of the user's joint.
Versatile jewelry
A versatile jewelry includes a main body having an inner surface arranged to be worn against the wrist and an outer surface opposite the inner surface. First and second end portions define a clearance sized to receive the wrist when the main body is donned by the user. At least one retaining feature comprises a plurality of hooks. A hair band is adapted to be selectively secured to the main body via the at least one retaining feature and to span the clearance at a height above the inner surface. The at least one retaining feature maintains the hair band in place on the main body and distributes pressure from the hair band away from the wrist. The hair band has an elasticity and the main body has a rigidity arranged to maintain the hair band at a height above the inner surface across the clearance.

A dynamically flexible article or device, such as a wristband, an armband, a rollable e-reader, or a belt, includes a flexible electronic component (e.g., a flexible display) and a support structure coupled to the flexible electronic component. The support structure is configured to limit bending of the flexible electronic component to a range within a bending tolerance of the flexible electronic component.
Jewelry with Threaded Head and Magnetic Assembly
A modular magnetic jewelry system includes a jewelry body having a magnetic jewelry base and a magnetic jewelry head configured to magnetically couple with the magnetic jewelry base. The magnetic jewelry base may include a first permanent magnet, and the magnetic jewelry head may include a second permanent magnet. The jewelry body may have a male or female threaded portion, and the head may have a threaded portion of opposite gender to said jewelry body for mating engagement therewith when the head is magnetically coupled to the magnetic base.
