INTRAVAGINAL DEVICE
An intravaginal device (1600) includes arms (1602) and struts (1604). Each strut has a first end (1610) coupled to a shaft (1606) arranged to slide in a tube (1608) and a second end (1612) coupled to one of the arms (1602). A string (1616) is coupled to the shaft (1606). The arms (1602) have a stowed orientation in which the struts (1604) are folded inwards and a deployed orientation in which the struts (1604) point radially outwards and tautly hold the arms (1602) in an expanded position.
Menstrual Cup
A menstrual device with a reservoir portion attached to a rim portion where the rim of the device is configured to improve use and comfort. The edge of the reservoir portion may be molded into the defined geometry of the rim portions. Additionally, the rim may have one or more channels and/or elements positioned within the defined geometry of the rim.
MENSTRUAL CUP WITH STRUCTURAL FEATURES
A menstrual cup includes a cup comprising a circumferential wall and an opening, wherein the opening leads to a cavity within the wall. The menstrual cup further includes a stem at a base of the cup, the stem protruding from the cup at a side opposite the opening, and a plurality of ridges positioned on an exterior surface of the cup proximate the base of the cup.
A DEVICE FOR INSERTION INTO A VAGINA
There is herein provided a device (200) for insertion into a vagina. The device comprises a cervical ring (202) configured to surround the cervix, a positioning portion (204) configured to abut against a securing position along an interior wall of the vagina and an elastically resilient connecting portion (206). The elastically resilient connecting portion connects the cervical ring and the positioning portion and the elastically resilient connecting portion is configured such that, when the device is positioned inside the vagina, the positioning portion is biased against the securing position.
Cups for collecting catamenia
Reusable cups for collecting catamenia having a base, outer and inner walls, apertures, ribs, and ridges. In some examples, the reusable cups include a trimmable stem. In some further examples, the reusable cups include a circumferential band as a double seal for leak protection and to aid the reusable cups in fully expanding upon insertion and while in situ. In further examples, the reusable cups include indentations and indicia at the base of the reusable cups to work in tandem with the ribs and the apertures such that when the reusable cup is pinched at the base, the suction seal at the aperture and the lip is broken.
REUSABLE MENSTRUAL CUP FOR EASY REMOVAL WITHOUT PAIN
The disclosure relates to a menstrual cup that can be reused by replacing only a container containing menstrual blood. The disclosure uses a cover body made of a silicon material and penetrating vertically, and inside the cover body, a receiving cup is mounted, wherein the receiving cup is manufactured inexpensively by using a thin plastic material and includes an inner space for receiving menstrual blood therein, an inlet is formed on the upper surface thereof such that menstrual blood may flow into the inner space, and a protruding handle portion is formed such that the menstrual cup worn at the bottom end thereof can be easily separated from the inside a vagina and the cover body, and the body of the receiving cup has a restoring force automatically when pressed together with the cover body for facilitating wearing, and the receiving cup comprises longitudinal corrugated portions having space portions formed therebetween by concave portions and convex portions such that removal can be facilitated by releasing the vacuum inside the vagina at the time of removal after use. As such, it is possible to reuse the menstrual cup by replacing only the receiving cup in the cover body after use.
Reusable dual durometer polymeric menstrual discharge collection device
A reusable menstrual discharge collection device is described comprising: dual durometer article that forms a menstrual discharge disc-shaped collection device with a half spherical dome catch where the half spherical dome catch includes a continuous circumferential top and bottom portion, and wherein the continuous top portion is attached to a continuous uniform flexible hinge that is placed along an entire circumferential uniform upper portion of the half spherical dome catch and wherein the hinge also forms a base for and is connected to a 360-degree continuous uniform circumferential rim section such that the hinge allows the half spherical dome catch to be in both an inverted use position/configuration that allows movement of the catch toward the rim section allowing for adjustability to fit multiple cervix physiologies and the elongated configuration allows for ease of manufacturing and cleaning.
MULTIPURPOSE VAGINAL OCCLUSION AND DISTENSION DEVICE WITH DISTENSION CONTROLLER
The invention relates to a Multipurpose Vaginal Occlusion and Distension Device with Distension Controller, which helps patients with Female Stress Urinary Incontinence and for Fecal Incontinence. It comprises of double layered cylindrical body (101) making inflatable annular space and with closed anterior (103) and posterior (104) wall provided with inflatable tubular silicon ribs (103a, 104a), but the posterior end is provided with gas flow tube (106) connectable to the Distension control and release mechanism by which the cylindrical cavity (107), annular space, tubular ribs at both the end can be inflated. But the same device can be used, if the anterior end (301) is opened for collecting menstrual blood during Menstrual Cycle as an alternative to menstrual cups and pads. The same can be used preferably with partly opened mouth (403) by Doctors during Laparoscopic Surgeries as a pneumoseal and as a vaginal blocker to prevent the gas leakage through the vaginal canal while performing the colpotomy and thereafter during vaginal vault suturing.
Ergonomic menstrual cup
A menstrual cup (10) having a flared bottom portion (20), including a plurality of non-convex grip surfaces (22, 24) that are distributed in substantially axisymmetric manner at least on said flared bottom portion (20) and that are configured so as to be able to be pinched between the fingers in order to facilitate removal of the cup.
