A vaginal device is described. A conformable vaginal insert is shaped for insertion into a vaginal cavity of a female human. A contact point is configured to change a shape of the insert. A sensor is configured to measure and to relay characteristics of the vaginal cavity and the surrounding and supportive structures of the vaginal cavity. A processor is configured to control the contact point to adjust the shape of the insert, generate a treatment for the vaginal cavity and the surrounding structures of the vaginal cavity and the supportive structures of the vaginal cavity comprising a vaginal cavity profile generated from the measured characteristics, store the measured characteristics and the vaginal cavity profile, and based on the stored measured characteristics and the stored vaginal cavity profile, automatically modify the shape of the insert by control of the contact point to provide the treatment to the vaginal cavity.

A female urine device includes a shell portion and a spout portion. The shell portion includes a bottom wall, a first sidewall, a second sidewall and a rear wall integrally connected to define a trough shaped inner chamber. A female catheter assembly for a discrete and comfortable solution to female urinary incontinence includes a collection unit having a partially cylindrical collection area and an inner band coupled around a perimeter of the collection area. The collection area is configured to cover from above a user's vagina to a user's perineum. A cover extends from a right side, a top side, and a left side of the inner band and an outer band is coupled to a perimeter of the cover. An inner surface of the collection unit has an adhesive coupled from the inner band to the outer band. The collection area has a drain aperture adjacent a bottom side. A hose extends from a drain port coupled to the drain aperture to a collection bag. A release tube is coupled to a lower aperture of the collection bag and a clamp is selectively engageable with the release tube.

A method to handle urine includes collecting urine using a pad or garment; exposing the urine to an aluminum alloy to generate hydrogen gas and heat in an exothermic reaction; and storing the hydrogen in a sealed chamber.

The present invention relates to a female urinary collection device or specimen kit. The kit comprises an adjustable tool designed for a woman to collect a urine sample in a sanitary fashion. The tool has a conformable base component with an opening to allow fluids to travel therethrough, and an accordion like hose connector that transfers the sample from the base component to the urine collection specimen container. The device is flexible and can be used by women of all sizes and of different physical abilities. Further, the device is small enough to be carried in a purse or small carrying bag when not being used as a specimen collection kit.

A wearable urinary collection apparatus for being worn by a user, including an elongate, watertight, flexible receptacle having an entrance opening near one end thereof and an elongate, flexible backflow inhibiting device which is connected to and extends within a portion of the flexible receptacle and also includes an entrance opening to receive the user's penis therein. At least one of the entrance opening of the receptacle and the entrance opening of the backflow inhibiting device is configured to receive the user's penis therein such that urine discharged from the penis flows through the backflow inhibiting device into the receptacle. The receptacle and the backflow inhibiting device are each formed of flexible plastic sheet material and are each configured to collapse flat when not in use, and the backflow inhibiting device has constrictions formed therein for constricting and diverting flow of urine therethrough.

A vaginal urinary funnel flashlight apparatus for allowing easy and accurate illuminated urination includes a funnel body having a cup shaped upper portion and a cylindrical lower portion. The upper portion has a principal opening configured to surround a female genital region. A light sleeve is coupled to the dorsal side of the lower portion.
