A description is given of a sterilising automatic dispenser apt to dispense flattened disposable devices as an aid to female urination in standing position provided with a curved portion, wherein the forward movement unit is apt to make the FUD move forwards in the outlet slot by direct pushing on the indentation of the FUD or by way of contact with friction of the FUD with the forward movement unit.

Disclosed is a male urinary flow directing device for involuntary and hygiene protection during urination. The device includes a hollow tubular body, a perforation line and an absorbent moisture collecting liner. The hollow tubular body extends between first and second end portions thereof, and defines a diameter thereof, and an inner circumferential profile along the first end portion. The hollow tubular body includes a plurality of foldable lines across which the hollow tubular body is folded to be formed. The perforation line is formed along the first end portion and extends across one of a foldable line. The liner is coupled along the inner circumferential profile. The hollow tubular body is wearable, and to fit various sizes is tearable along the perforation line to expand or converge the diameter. The liner along the first end portion absorbs urination drops while the hollow tubular body is removed.

The presented invention describes a noninvasive urinary aid for persons with vaginas. Which allows persons with vaginas to urinate without leaking, disrobing, or wiping, in a standing position. The urinary aids are manufactured of a pliable silicone and may be used repeatedly. When in use, the inlet opening is placed between the labia, pressed around the urethral opening to form a leak proof seal which creates a passage for urine excretion beyond the wearer's clothing. This ensures all urine is guided, via the urethral cup and connected tubing, to the location desired for disposal. The vulva, upon completion of urination, will not need to be dried.

A portable urination device comprises a guiding body and two connection units. The guiding body has a guiding portion, a first port and a second port. The guiding portion is formed of two side walls, and the bottom edge of the side wall is of a closed structure. The first port and the second port are oppositely disposed and are respectively located at two ends of the guiding portion. The two connection units are respectively extended between the first port and the second port of the guiding body. The two connection units are used for the user operation, the first port is used for receiving urine of a user, and the urine is discharged from the second port through guiding of the guiding portion, or discharged from the first port after buffering of the guiding portion. The urination device is easily used, and the user is dispense with contacting the public toilet stool.

An external female urinary device is described includes a connecting and urine collecting component (CUCC) and a urine directing and discharging component (UDCC) configured to connect with the CUCC. The CUCC tapers from a larger orifice to a smaller orifice. The CUCC has a ring defining the larger orifice. The ring is made of a material capable of adhering to urethral orifice surrounding skin (UOSS) as well as to the inner facing surfaces of the labia minora and/or the labia majora after the CUCC is pressed against that UOSS. The ring remains adhered to the UOSS without requiring an external force for keeping the ring in contact with that skin. A female urine device includes a shell and a resilient liner. The shell includes a bottom wall, a first sidewall, a second sidewall and a rear wall integrally connected to define an inner chamber. A forward opening is defined by forward ends of the walls. An upper rim is defined by upper ends of the walls. The resilient liner is disposed on the inner chamber. The liner extends forward past the forward opening of the shell to form a spout portion of the liner. At least one thumb rest is disposed on a sidewall of the shell and extends perpendicularly therefrom. The at least one thumb rest is sized to receive a thumb of a female and is operable as a fulcrum to enable the female to leverage the rim into sealing engagement with the female's genitalia when the female urine device is in use.

A funnel has a collar surrounding a flow axis. A surface, defined by lobes surrounds and faces the flow axis. The surface has an extended lateral shape afforded by different sized lobes. A tube extends from the funnel. The tube is curved about a center of curvature.

A non-invasive urine collection device is disclosed that can be used by both male persons and female persons. For example, the urine collection device is designed such that through orientation and/or deformation, the urine collection device may be configured to seal around the human pelvic area to sanitarily and non-invasively collect urine. The collection device comprises a funnel with a drain as a first end and a receptacle opening at a second end opposite the first end, a handle on one side, and a flexible ring seal along the perimeter of the receptacle opening. The flexible ring seal, shape of the receptacle opening, and the angle of the funnel wall in relation to the receptacle opening and funnel drain is such that the collection device can be used in either a handle up or handle down orientation.

The Mobile, External, Prophylactic, Female, Urinary System is a uniquely-configured system which allows a human female to void their bladder without urinary frustration or bladder discomfortwhether lying, sitting, standing, walking or traveling. This system contains uniquely-sized and uniquely-shaped components which capture a discharged stream of urine from a human female urethra, and direct it smoothly into a capture-and-storage bag. The system is worn external to the body, which helps preclude urinary-tract infection. It can be worn under clothing. It is useful when the user has: urinary incontinence, or difficulty getting to a toilet, or difficulty finding a convenient place to urinate while traveling.
