HEATING ELEMENT COMPOSITION, AND METHOD AND DEVICE OF MANUFACTURING EYE MASK PACK
The present invention relates to a heating element composition, and a method of manufacturing an eye mask pack, which shows that a heating temperature is regular, and heat is uniformly generated, a heating pack is able to be worn in a state of coming into close contact even with a curved surface, a preservation period is long, and the heating temperature and time for which heat is generated can be adjusted minutely. Also, the present invention relates to a device of manufacturing an eye mask pack which is capable of manufacturing self-heating packs rapidly even without the use of nitrogen.
Cooling Pad Device
The present invention relates to a cooling pad device that is comprised of a cooling filling, an internal pad, and a cover. The body of the device further preferably resembles the size and dimensions of any mattress size or shape for any age or demographic and is comprised of a flexible or semi-flexible material. The device can be attached to a fitted bed sheet by at least one fastener, and upon weight activation, emit a cold temperature from internal gel packets to reduce fever. In differing embodiments, the cover of the device may have a plurality of indicia such as but not limited to: patterns, logos, emblems, images, symbols, designs, letter, number, words, characters, animals, advertisements, brands, etc.
Cold and Hot Compress Product and Preparation Method Therefor
A preparation method includes the following steps. Step 1: weighing the following raw materials by weight percentages: 5%-25% of acrylamide, 1%-10% of methylol acrylamide, 15-35% of glycerol, 0.1%-1% of sodium chloride, and 30%-50% of water; step 2: firstly adding water and glycerol to a reaction kettle, then adding acrylamide, methylol acrylamide and sodium chloride, and then stirring same together for 12-36 hours to obtain a stock material; step 3: filling the stock material in an outer bag, and pressing the outer bag containing the stock material with a flat weight for 30 to 180 minutes to form an elastic gel body in the outer bag; step 4: removing the outer bag and wrapping the elastic gel body with a wrapping cloth, and edge-binding the wrapping cloth along the shape of the elastic gel body.
Exercise Device
An exercise device is provided with a first element disposed at a first side and a second element disposed at a second side. The first element includes gripping features to prevent skidding or sliding of exercise device when first element is abutting a surface. The second element includes sliding features to facilitate sliding of exercise device when second element is abutting the surface. Thus, when an exercise practitioner desires to use the exercise device to prevent movement of a particular body part against the surface, the practitioner places the first element against the surface. Conversely, when the exercise practitioner desires to use the exercise device to facilitate movement of a particular body part against the surface, the practitioner places the second element against the surface. The exercise device further includes an insert which may be removed and heated or cooled to provide heating or cooling pad/pack to a body part.
Portable therapeutic system using hot or cold temperature
Disclosed is a system which employs a cooling or heating pad which is preferably a thin, flexible pad for placement at an intended area of the body. The pad includes a layer of highly conductive material which can be cooled or heated using a portable source of heat or cold material delivered to the conductive material by a delivery conduit. Valves can be included to regulate flow of the cooling or heating material from the source to the pad. The system can also include a dual-chambered canister for containing two different media for heating, cooling or for alternating heating and cooling the pad.
Stationary massage device, system and methods for soft tissue strain release
A stationary massage device, system and corresponding methods are used for self-administrated or assisted soft tissue strain release (including trigger point therapy, strain-and-counterstrain therapy and neuromuscular release). The massage device comprises a body, wherein the body may include branches, each having flat surfaces, edges, ridges or corners. The surfaces, edges and ridges may be pushed along the myofilament direction of the soft tissues to produce pressing, rubbing, stretching and pulling actions on the soft tissues as stripping massages. The system can be configured to form different geometric shapes, and made of different materials of different firmness. The system can be further configured to perform unheated, or heated massages; and cooling treatments. In addition to being used alone, the system can be mounted on a piece of wall, a standing frame, furniture or a garment.
CONFORMING HEATING PAD
The present disclosure is directed to a heating pad that conforms to body parts of a user. The conforming heating pad can be worn to provide heat relief on different parts of a user's body. In an embodiment, a conforming heating pad includes a first layer on a posterior side of the heating pad, a second layer, a third layer, and a fourth layer on an anterior side of the heating pad. A continuous heating element is distributed throughout the second layer. The continuous heating element is capable of being selectively heated to increase the temperature of the heating pad. The third layer has a plurality of cavities formed in it. Each cavity holds a plurality of beads. When the heating pad is applied to a body portion of a user, the weight of the beads applies a force against the conductive heating element, the second layer, and the first layer to thereby conform them to the body portion of the user.
MEDICAL DEVICE
The present invention relates to a medical device for treating, preventing or ameliorating an eye condition. The device comprises a cover, at least a portion of which comprises an antimicrobial agent and is at least partially filled with temperature control means. In use, the cover is arranged to contact a subject's eye and/or a surrounding area thereof, and the temperature control means is configured to modulate the temperature of the cover to thereby treat, prevent or ameliorate the eye condition.
PROJECTION FRAME EYELID HEATER
In one form, a projection frame eyelid heater includes a heating element and a frame. The heating element has first and second heat producing areas separated by a distance corresponding to a separation of human eyes and has first and second ends. The heating element produces heat in response to an application of a voltage thereto. The frame includes a left temple attachment portion and a right temple attachment portion each having a respective back portion extending downward and inward, a left eyelid chassis portion, an intermediate chassis portion, and a right eyelid chassis portion, wherein the intermediate chassis portion connects the left eyelid chassis portion and the right eyelid chassis portion. Each of the left eyelid chassis portion and the right eyelid chassis portion is adjustable with respect to the intermediate chassis portion in a direction from the user's nose toward the user's left and right eyes, respectively.
