Garment for cryotherapy comprising several receptacles to house a cold-accumulating material, in which each of said receptacles is formed by a closed fold of garment fabric, each one of said receptacles presenting two end openings for the introduction of a container of cold-accumulating material.
Therapeutic shirt with high compression material positioned over externally accessed pockets housing custom heat/cold packs
A garment for treating (heating/cooling/compressing) one or more regions of a wearer's body includes a primary layer, particularly located layer/layers of higher compression materials, and a liner creating a pocket. An interior surface of the primary layer, an elastic, applies a first level of compression to a portion of the wearer's body, including the treatment region(s). The layer(s) of higher compression material(s) on the interior surface of the primary layer overlay and extend beyond the treatment region(s), applying a second, higher level of compression. The primary layer has an opening adjacent to the higher compression material(s). A first peripheral portion of the liner is secured to the interior of the primary layer and extends over the opening, with a second peripheral portion extending over only a portion of a periphery of the higher compression material(s), being secured thereto to form a gonfalon-shaped pocket that receives a correspondingly shaped heat/cold pack.
Men's garment for recovery after urological procedures, genital surgery and genital injury
A garment is provided to be worn post-surgery during recovery from urological surgical procedure. The garment is in the form of men's underwear or brief, with features provided to assist in recovery and comfort of the user. The center pocket contains a moldable body that can be molded to a particular shape to support and hold the user's penis in a pre-determined orientation to facilitate the recovery process. The flap also includes a pocket that can contain a heating/cooling pack that is arranged to apply heat/cooling to the surgical site. The garment is also configured to accept and support a medical drainage tube to drain the surgical wound, and a drainage pump as needed.
UTILITY GARMENT WITH THERAPEUTIC CHARACTERISTICS
A utility garment comprises a first layer and a second layer of a fabric, an infrared heater including a plurality of flexible heating elements, provided between the first layer and the second layer of the fabric, a plurality of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) provided between the first and the second layer of the fabric and a plurality of sensors configured to determine a plurality of parameters pertaining to a body by which the utility garment has been worn
Compression garments
A brace includes: an elastic sleeve that applies a first level of compression, and extends above a body part to a first end. A first pocket in the sleeve overlies an area to be treated, and receives a corresponding thermal pack (i.e., a heat pack or cold pack). At least a second pocket is formed as a curved pocket to encircle a portion of the body part, to overlie at least a portion of the body part, and also receives a thermal pack. Alternatively, second and third pockets may both be formed in the sleeve to receive thermal packs that respectively. High compression material reinforces the ends and overlies each of the pockets, while encircling portions of the body part.
Thermal Therapy Garment Assembly
A thermal therapy garment assembly for includes a shirt that is wearable on a user. A plurality of pockets is each of the pockets is coupled to the shirt. A plurality of thermal packs is provided and each of the thermal packs is positionable in a respective one of the pockets. Each of the thermal packs is exposable to a heat source to apply heat therapy to strategic locations on the user's body. Each of the thermal packs is exposable to a cooling source to apply cold therapy to the strategic locations on the user's body. A plurality of straps is each coupled to the shirt. Each of the straps is tensionable along the shirt for compressing the shirt against the user's body. In this way each of the straps reduces blood circulation in the user's body for enhancing effectiveness of the heat or cold therapy.
POROUS OXYGEN ACTIVATED HEATER CONFIGURATIONS, DESIGNS AND APPLICATIONS
A device for the delivery of aromas having a package having a front panel and a back panel, a heater disposed inside the package between the front panel and the back panel, and an air delivered composition, the air delivered composition being positioned to receive heat from the heater when the heater is activated, wherein the air delivered composition is volatilized by the heater when activated causing the air delivered composition be delivered through the air.
