EARRING POST
An earring post construction that includes an elongated earring post and a cup that is for the support of a decorative piece. The elongated earring post and cup are integrally formed in a single piece construction so as to eliminate the use of any attachment means between the elongated earring post and the cup; in combination with a securing stud that engages with the elongated earring post, and wherein there is provided an elongated passage in the elongated earring post so as to minimize the amount of precious metal used in constructing at least the elongated earring post.
EARRING ENHANCERS - HIDE THE HOLES
This invention consists of a magnet placed behind the pierced ear hole and a decorative piece placed in front of the pierced ear hole, both strung on the wire of a hanging earring. The 2 pieces are slid into place on the wire and then pressed together once in position over the pierced hole. The magnet holds the decorative front in place. They are made to be used with any hanging type of wire earring that a person wants to wear. The front pieces can also be used alone with post earrings to make the ear lobe look more attractive.
Earring device

The earring device includes: a plate including an aperture formed therethrough; a pair of legs extending substantially perpendicular to the plate from a lower end of the plate; an upright member on each of the pair of legs, the upright member positioned at an end of each of the pair of legs that is distal from the plate; and a closure mechanism pivotally attached between the at least one of the upright members on the pair of legs.
Interchangeable Earring Assembly
An interchangeable earring assembly facilitating interchangeable ornaments on earrings includes a pair of suspensions. Each of the suspensions is removably attached to an associated one of a pair of ears. A plurality of adornments is provided and a selected pair of the adornments is suspended on an associated one of the suspensions. In this way each of the adornments selectively enhances an ornamental appearance of the ears.
LINES, EARRINGS WITH SUCH LINES, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE AND USE THEREOF
This disclosure enables various lines, earrings with such lines, and methods of manufacture and use thereof. For example, some of these lines may extend (e.g., span) between a pair of earrings worn on a pair of cars of a wearer. This form of extension may or may not be arcuate, parabolic, hyperbolic, or gravitational.
EAR JEWELRY WITH INTEGRATED HEADSET (as-amended)
The invention relates to a piece of ear jewelry having at least one ear part to be worn on each ear of a user, wherein each ear part has a jewelry body, to be worn in a predetermined wearing position on an outside of the ear, and a retaining device for retaining the jewelry body in the wearing position on the ear, wherein the auditory canal of the ear remains free. The piece of ear jewelry incorporates all of the following electrical components completely and so as to be invisible from the outside: a microphone device, a loudspeaker device and a communication unit for providing a bidirectional, wireless communication link to a portable terminal of the user, in order to use the communication link to transmit a microphone signal from the microphone device to the terminal and to receive a loudspeaker signal for the loudspeaker device from the terminal.
JEWELRY SYSTEM, JEWELRY KIT, JEWELRY, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
The present disclosure is directed to jewelry systems, jewelry kits, jewelry, and methods for assembly thereof, including a hoop-shaped earring member positioned to allow one or more additional earring members to be connected thereto. The hoop-shaped earring member can be positionable to insert into and secure to an earlobe, and can have a slot positioned in a portion of a rear periphery thereof and extending to a lower periphery thereof. The slot can be arranged to allow one or more additional earring members to be secured in the slot when positioned therein. Each of the one or more additional earring members can have a respective prong member extending outwardly from an upper periphery thereof, positionable into and to be slidable along the slot, and securable in the lower periphery of the hoop-shaped earring member.
Modular jewelry system
The invention generally includes a modular jewelry system that may include a plurality of interchange components allowing a user to create a personalized jewelry item. In certain embodiment, jewelry components may be interchangeable across a variety of jewelry pieces allowing for improved user customization and personalization based on size, shape, color and design.
JEWELRY CHAIN WITH MOVABLE ALPHANUMERIC CHARACTER LINKS
A jewelry chain having a plurality of links including a plurality of connecting links and one or a plurality of decorative links. Each decorative link comprises alphanumeric character having one or more outline members which becomes part of the chain by connection from at least one connecting link. The connecting link can easily pass through an open section of the outline member to allow rotation and sliding movement in at least two different directions so that the alphanumeric character can provide different appearances when the jewelry chain is worn.
One additional outline member or a portion of an open section of an outline member can include one or more gemstones provided upon a mounting structure therein. The chain can form or be incorporated in necklaces, bracelets or earrings.
