Heat pump device, heat pump system, and method for controlling inverter

An object of the present invention is to maintain a heating amount constant when a compressor is heated at the time of shutdown of the compressor, regardless of the influences of production tolerance and environment variations. An inverter control unit causes an inverter to generate a high-frequency AC voltage having a de-energized section in which a voltage applied from the inverter to a motor is zero between a section in which the voltage is positive and a section in which the voltage is negative. At this time, the inverter control unit detects a value of a current flowing to the inverter in a detection section residing from immediately before a start of the de-energized section to immediately after an end of the de-energized section, and causes the inverter to generate a high-frequency AC voltage adjusted according to the detected current value.

Control device for detecting disconnection

A voltage controller generates a d-axis voltage command value and a q-axis voltage command value on the basis of a drive command signal and a three-phase current. When the state in which the absolute value of the resultant vector of the d-axis voltage command value and the q-axis voltage command value is not within a set predetermined range continues for a predetermined time or longer, a disconnection detector determines that a disconnection between a power converter and an AC motor has occurred. A gate controller transmits a gate command for turning off a switching element provided in the power converter to the power converter when the disconnection detector determines that a disconnection between the power converter and the AC motor has occurred.

CONTROL APPARATUS FOR AC MOTOR

In a control apparatus for an AC motor, a voltage waveform specifying unit of an inverter control unit specifies a voltage waveform for operating the inverter, based on a voltage vector calculated by a voltage command calculation unit. A spectrum amplitude extraction unit acquires values of bus current of the inverter and extracts the spectrum amplitude of the specific frequency that corresponds to the LC resonance frequency of the converter. A boost/non-boost state judgement unit of a converter control unit determines whether the state required by the converter in the next control cycle is the boost state or the non-boost state. When the spectrum amplitude of the specific frequency, correlated with the voltage waveform, is higher than the judgement threshold value and the converter is in the non-boost state, a voltage command value alteration unit changes the voltage command reference value such that the converter transitions to the boost state.
