An apparatus for a dual-use disposable sanitary garment according to various aspects of the present technology include an absorbent layer coupled to a wearable garment. The wearable garment is folded inward and sealed within a pouch portion adjacent to the absorbent layer. The wearable garment is enclosed within the pouch portion by a removable adhesive layer that is configured to either be kept in place allowing the entire garment to be used as a commonly known sanitary napkin or the adhesive can be removed thereby allowing the wearable garment to be unfolded and worn. The entire sanitary garment may then be disposed after use.

A liquid permeable surface sheet (3) includes an upper layer non-woven fabric (20) which is provided at the skin side, and which is hydrophilic, and a lower layer non-woven fabric (21) which is provided at the non-skin side, and which is water repellent. Multiple apertures (22) are formed which penetrate the upper layer non-woven fabric and the lower layer non-woven fabric. Accordingly, body fluid transfers smoothly through the apertures to an absorbent body. The upper layer non-woven fabric at the skin side is made to be hydrophilic such that body fluid readily permeates therethrough. The lower layer non-woven fabric at the non-skin side is made to be water repellent such that the body fluid which has passed through is not readily absorbed again. Accordingly, the backflow amount of body fluid can be reduced.

An absorbent article has a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction and a thickness direction, and includes a fluid permeable topsheet, a fluid impermeable backsheet and an absorbent core enclosed between the topsheet and the backsheet having, in the longitudinal direction, a front section, a rear section and a crotch section between the front section and the rear section. The absorbent core has two longitudinally extending side regions being spaced apart in the transversal direction by at least one longitudinally extending channel region. The channel region is of less basis weight than the side regions.

An absorbent article including at least a topsheet layer and a backsheet layer, each layer having a body facing surface and a garment facing surface, and longitudinal and transversal edges, the article having a longitudinal front portion, a longitudinal back portion and a crotch portion located between the front and the back portion, the article includes a first zone of microencapsulated phase change material on a surface of a layer of the article, and wherein the first zone has a non-linear boundary in at least the transversal direction of the article.

Feminine hygiene articles are disclosed herein. The feminine hygiene articles described herein can provide easily discernible placement and orientation guides which reduce the likelihood of misapplication by the user, facilitated attachment guides which can reduce the likelihood of misapplication of the feminine pad, and can also reduce the likelihood of improper attachment of the feminine pad to a panty. The feminine hygiene articles disclosed include uniquely shaped wings which can provide cues on proper attachment of the article to the panty and may help in providing sustained coverage of the feminine hygiene article to the panty which reduces the likelihood that the pad will become detached during use.

A plurality of openings (11) is formed in a region corresponding to at least a body fluid discharge region (H) of a liquid permeable top sheet (3). A polymer sheet (6) disposed adjacent to a surface of an absorbent body (4) side of the liquid permeable top sheet (3) is included, and the polymer sheet includes highly absorbent resin disposed along a longitudinal direction on both sides of the region corresponding to the body fluid discharge region (H). Upon the highly absorbent resin becoming swollen by absorption, a space (10) for holding a body fluid is formed between regions in which the highly absorbent resin is disposed (12) and also between the liquid permeable top sheet (3) and the polymer sheet (6).

An absorbent article selected from a sanitary napkin, an incontinence pad and a pantyliner, comprising a topsheet layer a backsheet layer a fastening adhesive applied on the backsheet garment facing surface, wherein at least a portion of said fastening adhesive (PFA) is applied in a pattern and wherein said backsheet layer is a plastic film having a basis weight of less than 20 gsm.

A folded absorbent article with an absorbent core having at least two core layers located between a topsheet and a backsheet is provided. The width of a transition between front and intermediate portions of the core is narrower than a width of the rest of the core. A first end portion of the article is folded about a fold line that coincides with or is adjacent the narrow portion of the core. A second end portion of the article is folded about a second and rear transversal fold line. The first end portion may be folded onto a central area and the second end portion may then be folded onto the first end portion, or the second end portion may be folded onto the central area and the first end portion may then be folded onto the second end portion.

A disposable sanitary napkin includes a main body and a pair of bridged flaps. The main body includes an absorbent system, a topsheet, and a backsheet, and it has a pair of side edges extending along the length thereof. The bridged flaps include a first straight edge, a second, shape-cut edge defining a projecting portion, and a bridging segment of a release liner having at least one zone of adhesive configured for attachment to the projecting portion of each bridged flap. Each bridged flap is attached to the main body with the first, substantially straight edge of each shaped strip aligned with a corresponding side edge of the main body, the bridged flaps are disposed over the topsheet, and each side flap is releasable from the bridging segment of the release liner.

The present invention discloses a composition for preventing and/or treating woman dysmenorrhea; the composition includes cannabidiol and/or cannabidivarol, a penetration enhancer as well as a carrier; the mass ratio of the cannabidiol and/or the cannabidivarol to the penetration enhancer is 1:(0.1-0.8). The composition provided by the present invention can effectively relieve woman dysmenorrhea, and solve the problem of lackness of a composition of cannabidiol and/or cannabidivarol which can effectively prevent and/or treat woman dysmenorrhea in the prior art. Meanwhile, the composition provided by the present invention can also be used in preparation of a feminine hygiene product for preventing and/or treating woman dysmenorrhea.
