ABSORBENT ARTICLE HAVING RECESSED ZONE
This disclosure includes absorbent articles that comprise a chassis having a recessed region disposed between opposing longitudinal edge portions. A thickness of the chassis within the recessed region can be at least 10% smaller than a thickness of the chassis within each of the longitudinal edge portions such that the chassis defines a longitudinally-extending recess configured to receive a phallus of a wearer.
MALE GENITAL DISCHARGE ABSORPTION AND RETENTION DEVICE
A male genital discharge absorption and retention device is disclosed herein. The purpose of the device is to absorb any discharge from the male meatus, which may also be known as the external urethral orifice. The device aids in the prevention of spotting or staining on the clothing of a user wearing the device and affected by penile discharge. A fabric or other appropriate material is fitted over the glans penis and penile corona and may be held in place by an appropriate attachment mechanism. The anatomy of the male genitalia also aids in securing the male genital discharge absorption and retention device to the penis. Within the device, positioned against the meatus of the male genitalia, may be a thicker absorption mechanism intended to soak up any penile discharge. The device, or any component thereof, may further comprise an antibacterial material of constriction or an antibacterial layer of material.

Male incontinence guard and method for manufacturing a male incontinence guard
A male incontinence guard has a fluid-impermeable backsheet, a fluid-permeable topsheet facing a user and an absorbent body arranged between the backsheet and the topsheet. The guard has a longitudinal extension along a longitudinal axis and a transverse extension along a transverse axis. The transverse axis divides the guard into an upper and a lower region. The upper region has a greater maximum extension along the transverse axis than the lower region. The absorbent body has primary and secondary cores arranged in a stacked configuration. The primary core has a greater area in an XY plane than the area of the secondary core. The secondary core has side edges that are at least partly generally parallel to the longitudinal axis. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing the male incontinence guard.

Male Incontinence Pad
Male incontinence pad having an outer absorbent pad, an inner lining and an inner adsorbent pad, each having an aperture that together form a channel for receiving a male member. The male incontinence pad is folded around the male member to form a pocket that in use operates to absorb any discharge from the male member.

Urine absorbent pad
A disposable urine trap in the form of a foldable pad that envelops the male genitalia and closes around the organ to form a barrier that prevents urine from escaping the trap. The pad includes an asymmetric pair of wings that are separated by a gap and attached to the main body of the pad. The first wing is preferably trapezoidal and a second wing having an extending distal edge.

Male incontinence guard and method for manufacturing a male incontinence guard

The guard has a longitudinal extension along a longitudinal axis and a transverse extension along a transverse axis. The transverse axis divides the guard into an upper region and a lower region. The transverse axis extends between first and second lower corner points which define the two outermost points of the guard, which define a first width. The upper region has an inwardly recessed curvature portion extending between first and second upper corner points. The upper corner points define a second width such that the first width is greater than the second width. The corner points are connected by their respective outer side edges. A method for manufacturing a male incontinence guard is disclosed.
