A system for generating an alimentary plan is disclosed. The system comprises a computing device which is configured to receive an input that includes physiological data related to a skin sample. Computing device is configured to extract a plurality of biological indicators related to disease state from the physiological data. Computing device is configured to determine a biological indicator score for each biological score for each biological indicator of the plurality of biological indicators. Computing device is configured to generate a skin disorder classifier by receiving skin disorder training data. The computing device is configured to classify, using the skin disorder classifier, the at least one biological indicator and the biological indicator score to a positive result for a skin disorder. Computing device is configured to generate an alimentary plan as a function of the positive result. A method for generating an alimentary plan is also disclosed.

Systems and methods are disclosed for providing a cardiovascular score for a patient. A method includes receiving, using at least one computer system, patient-specific data regarding a geometry of multiple coronary arteries of the patient; and creating, using at least one computer system, a three-dimensional model representing at least portions of the multiple coronary arteries based on the patient-specific data. The method also includes evaluating, using at least one computer system, multiple characteristics of at least some of the coronary arteries represented by the model; and generating, using at least one computer system, the cardiovascular score based on the evaluation of the multiple characteristics. Another method includes generating the cardiovascular score based on evaluated multiple characteristics for portions of the coronary arteries having fractional flow reserve values of at least a predetermined threshold value.

The controller is configured to determine a first operational state of the aircraft based upon the at least one aircraft condition and determine a second operational state of the aircraft based on the at least one aircraft condition, and operate the optical sensor to emit the laser at a first intensity during the first operational state and a second intensity during the second operational state, wherein the second intensity is greater than the first intensity.

METHODS FOR IDENTIFYING MICROBES IN A CLINICAL AND NON-CLINICAL SETTING
The present invention relates to a method for identifying a microorganism in a biological sample by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), comprising the steps of a) providing a biological sample suspected of comprising microbes, and optionally isolating nucleic acid sequences from said biological sample; b) PCR amplifying at least one microbial rRNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region comprised in said optionally isolated nucleic acid sequences using a set of broad-taxonomic range amplification primers to thereby generate PCR amplicons from nucleic acid sequences of microbial origin; c) recording a high resolution melting curve for the PCR amplicons, and recording the length of the PCR amplicons; d) comparing the high resolution melting curve with a database comprising high resolution melting curves of reference amplicons of known microbial species or strains, to thereby obtain a first identity indicator; e) comparing the length of each PCR amplicon having a distinct length with a database comprising PCR amplicon lengths of reference amplicons of known microbial species or strains, to thereby obtain a second identity indicator; and f) identifying the microorganism present in said sample to the species or strain level if the first and second identity indicator match.
PHASED-ARRAY ANTENNA DEVICE
A phased-array antenna device with a long operating life without mechanical parts, has a high spatial resolution, and realizes microwave observation of broadband and highfrequency resolution. The phased-array antenna device performs direct A/D conversion through a BPF on an antenna analog signal amplified by an amplifier. Then, the device performs a second cross-spectrum calculation after conversion into complex frequency data through FFT. To detect a weak electromagnetic wave, the device repeatedly performs a second FFT over a long period and lastly performs integration.

A method for processing data provided by a lidar. Obtaining, for measurement points of a lidar, data representative of a diffuse intensity and a distance between the measurement point and the lidar; determining an angle of incidence of the lidar at each measurement point; calculating, for each measurement point, reflectivity from the angle of incidence, the distance and the diffuse intensity; identifying spatially adjacent measurement points having a reflectivity within a given range of values to form common reflectivity zones; defining a cost function for at least one common reflectivity zone, the cost function including a first diffuse intensity and a second diffuse intensity, the angle and the distance of the measurement point in question; minimizing the cost function in order to update at least one of the angle, the distance and the reflectivity at the measurement point, for each of the measurement points belonging to a common reflectivity zone.
