The present disclosure relates to a constant current source calibration circuit, a constant current source drive circuit, a drive chip, and an electronic device. The current calibration circuit includes a resistor and a calibration circuit connected to the resistor for adjusting a voltage drop across two ends of the resistor; and a selector or a switch connected to the two ends of the resistor, and configured to select one end of the resistor to be connected to a constant current source output channel and the corresponding other end to be supplied with a first bias voltage VD. Since the first bias voltage VD is a fixed constant, the voltage drop across the two ends of the resistor is adjusted.

System and method for controlling one or more light emitting diodes. For example, the system for controlling one or more light emitting diodes includes a current regulation circuit coupled to a cathode of one or more light emitting diodes. The one or more light emitting diodes include the cathode and an anode configured to receive a rectified voltage. Additionally, the system includes a control circuit coupled to the cathode of the one or more light emitting diodes. The control circuit is configured to receive a first voltage from the cathode of the one or more light emitting diodes, compare a second voltage and a threshold voltage, and generate a control signal based at least in part on the second voltage and the threshold voltage. The second voltage indicates a magnitude of the first voltage.
Light-emitting diode (LED) drive power supply and controller thereof
The invention provides an LED drive power supply and a controller thereof. The controller comprises a ground terminal, a sampling terminal, and a power supply terminal. The ground terminal and an output ground of a power supply module have different potentials. A drain of a power switching transistor is coupled to a positive output terminal of the power supply module, a source of the power switching transistor and the sampling terminal are coupled to a first terminal of a sampling resistor, and a second terminal of the sampling resistor is coupled to the ground terminal. The controller further includes a logic control circuit determining whether a sampling voltage input by the sampling terminal is zero; a driver generating a first driving signal to the power switching transistor; and a bias circuit configured to receive a power supply voltage.

A two-wire load control device (such as, a dimmer switch) for controlling the amount of power delivered from an AC power source to an electrical load (such as, a high-efficiency lighting load) includes a thyristor coupled between the source and the load, a gate coupling circuit coupled between a first main load terminal and the gate of the thyristor, and a control circuit coupled to a control input of the gate coupling circuit. The control circuit generates a drive voltage for causing the gate coupling circuit to conduct a gate current to thus render the thyristor conductive at a firing time during a half cycle of the AC power source, and to allow the gate coupling circuit to conduct the gate current at any time from the firing time through approximately the remainder of the half cycle, where the gate coupling circuit conducts approximately no net average current to render and maintain the thyristor conductive.

For example, the system includes: a power supply controller configured to receive a cathode voltage from a cathode of a diode, the diode including an anode configured to receive a rectified voltage generated by a rectifying bridge, the power supply controller being further configured to generate a first signal based at least in part on the cathode voltage; and a driver configured to receive the first signal and generate a second signal based at least in part on the first signal, the driver being further configured to output the second signal to a gate terminal of a transistor, the transistor including a source terminal coupled to the driver and a first resistor, the transistor further including a drain terminal coupled to the one or more light emitting diodes and an output capacitor connected to the cathode of the diode.

The present application discloses a display panel driving circuit and a display panel. The display panel driving circuit includes a driving circuit and a light-emitting diode. The driving circuit is connected to the light-emitting diode. The driving circuit includes a plurality of superimposed driving modules, and a corresponding number of driving modules are selectively conducted according to a preset grayscale. Each driving module includes a scan control transistor, a switch transistor and a drive transistor, in each driving module the scan control transistor is connected to the drive transistor via the switch transistor, in each driving module a first end of the scan control transistor is connected to a scan signal terminal, and the light-emitting diode and the drive transistors of the driving modules are sequentially connected. The present application can better increase the number of grayscales, thereby improving image quality.

The present disclosure presents a surge protection circuit, and a power supply device and an LED lighting device both applying the surge protection circuit. The surge protection circuit includes an inductive circuit and an energy-releasing circuit. The inductive circuit is coupled to a power loop for a load, and is configured to receive and temporarily store surge energy in the power loop. The energy-releasing circuit is connected in parallel with the inductive circuit, and is configured to release the surge energy for preventing the surge energy from affecting later-stage circuit(s).
