METHOD FOR CONFIGURING A MOM DATA WAREHOUSE AND PROVIDING A UI TO THE MOM DATA WAREHOUSE CONFIGURATION AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
A method for configuring a manufacturing operation management (MOM) data warehouse and providing a user interface (UI) to the MOM data warehouse configuration. The MOM data warehouse forms a database for the data handled within a manufacturing execution system. The method includes: a) mapping the data that has to be presented in the UI into a hierarchical data model being based on an industry classification of the manufacturing process controlled by the manufacturing execution system, the hierarchical data model having a number of levels; b) mapping the hierarchical data model into a radial control based UI; c) displaying in the radial control based UI at least two levels of the hierarchical data model; and d) providing navigation actions in order to scroll up and/or scroll down through the levels of the hierarchical data model.
PRODUCT INSPECTION DEVICE, PRODUCT INSPECTION METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
A product inspection device and method for correctly calculating consumer and producer risks irrespective of the type of distribution of products. A characteristic value representing a predetermined product characteristic is measured for each product as a product measurement value, and a standard deviation of measurement variations in measurement results is calculated as a measurement value standard deviation. The products are determined to be conforming based on whether the measured product measurement value falls within a range of a product standard. Consumer and producer risks are calculated based on the measurement variations. The calculated consumer and producer risks are respectively and successively added up and it is determined whether the number of products having undergone the adding have reached a predetermined number. If so, the added up consumer risk and producer risk are divided by the number of products to calculate a final consumer risk and a final producer risk.
Bus Stop Systems and Methods of Scheduling
Methods of providing services to individual and methods of manufacturing items are described. Data structures to represent priority values for those individuals or items are also described. By ascribing priority values to a set of items, those items can be grouped based on those priority values. Once grouped based on priority values, the items within each group can be manufactured according to group priority as well as according to the characteristics of each item to be manufactured within that group. The same concept applies to providing services to individuals.
SECURE AND TRACEABLE MANUFACTURED PARTS
A method for the verification and authentication of additive manufactured product, comprising the steps of receiving, from a customer, at least one customer requirement for a product, deriving at least one manufacturing requirement and generating a product geometry file for the product, recording, by a first computing device, to a distributed transaction register, a first transaction reflecting certification of the product geometry file, obtaining a first output reflecting the first transaction, printing the product with a 3D printer, recording, by a second computing device, to the distributed transaction register, a second transaction reflecting the printing of the product and the first output, obtaining a second output reflecting the second transaction, embedding within the product a unique code reflecting the second output, whereby the product geometry file and the printing of said product may be verified with the unique code such that the product may be authenticated.
ANALYZING POSTURE-BASED IMAGE DATA
Various embodiments are directed to systems and methods for determining whether an individual uses proper posture to perform a job duty/task. For example, systems may determine whether an individual utilizes proper posture when lifting a heavy item from a floor. Accordingly, various embodiments comprise an image capture device and a central computing entity configured to receive item information/data for an item to be moved by an individual and to determine whether the item information/data satisfies one or more image collection criteria. Upon determining the item information/data satisfies one or more of the image collection criteria, the computing entity may activate an image capture device to collect image information/data of individuals performing the job duty/task, to compare collected image information/data against a plurality of reference images, and to determine whether the collected image information/data is indicative of the individual performing the job duty/task according to proper posture considerations.
AUTHENTICATED PRODUCTION
Apparatuses and methods associated with authenticated production are disclosed herein. In embodiments, a digital fingerprint processor may be configured to: identify an activation of at least one of the one or more machines to attempt to produce or manufacture at least one of physical product or physical manufacture; responsive to completion of one or more operations associated with the activation by the one or more machines, acquire digital image data of a portion of a physical object on or inside the one or more machines; analyze the digital image data to form a digital fingerprint of the physical object, wherein the digital fingerprint is responsive to structure of the physical object; and store the digital fingerprint in a database record of the database system. Other embodiments may be disclosed or claimed.
EXTENDED REALITY SERVICE PROVIDING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPERATION OF INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATION
The present application relates to an extended reality service providing method and system for operation of an industrial installation. More specifically, various types of data required for operation (e.g., inspection, examination, maintenance, repair, and reinforcement) of an industrial installation are digitalized, extended reality content, such as an augmented reality image or a mixed reality image based on the digitalized data, is provided to a site worker or a remote place manager, and the worker and the manager can communicate via a video call in real-time, whereby the work efficiency of the worker and the manager can be enhanced.
METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING PRODUCTION IN AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITY
A computer-Implemented method, system, and computer program product for optimizing production of an industrial facility. The industrial facility is designed to produce a predefinable quantity of at least one product. A model trained by machine learning is provided at a first time and the trained model is executed at a second time following the first time to generate a rolling forecast for a predefinable time interval. The predefinable time interval begins after the second time and the rolling forecast forecasts for any time within the time interval a quantity of the at least one product to be produced at this time. The rolling forecast is further processed by means of a further model to calculate a reforecast on the basis of the rolling forecast.
INFORMATION SEARCH SYSTEM
An information search system, including: a database (12); a query sentence acceptance unit (26) that accepts a query sentence; an inputted search keyword extractor (44) that extracts an inputted search keyword from the query sentence; a shared keyword dictionary (30) in which relevant keywords are registered in association with each other; a local keyword dictionary (102) in which district keywords used in particular districts are registered; a candidate search keyword reader (32) that reads out a keyword that is relevant to the inputted search keyword; and a retrieval executor (40) that executes retrieval processing from the database using the inputted search keyword, wherein, in a case in which the inputted search keyword is not registered in the local keyword dictionary, the candidate search keyword reader refers to the shared keyword dictionary, so as to read out a keyword that is relevant to the inputted search keyword.
