Natural Organic Nano-Fertilizers and Their Process of Production
The present invention deals with the formation of Natural Organic Nano-Fertilizers with the chelated nano-nutrients to balance plant nutrition; improve water holding capacity, soil health improvement, sustainable productivity and quality improvement. The present invention involves production of eco-friendly and low cost process for the synthesis of nanoparticles of nano-nutrients by utilizing microorganisms comprising of two lab adapted strains of Aspergillus species, one lab adapted strain of Lactobacillus sp. and lactate, gluconate and proteinate salts as a source of nutrient leads to formation of metal nanoparticles (Zn, Mg, Fe and P) with the size of <20 nms. The present invention increases 12-20% of crop yield, stress tolerance of the crops, nutrient mobilization increases and 3 fold increase in nutrient use efficiency.
Systems and methods of producing compositions from the nutrients recovered from waste streams
According to present disclosure, there is disclosed an algae growth and cultivation system that provides a cost-efficient means of producing algae biomass as feedstock for algae-based products, such as, fertilizer, feed, biofuel manufacture, and desirably impacts, nutrient recovery from waste streams for valued byproducts production, recycle water, and alternative/renewable energy production. The system as discussed herein is an integrated systems approach to wastewater treatment, algal strains selection for byproducts production, and recycle of algal biomass-processing waste or additional algae harvested as feedstock for products such as fertilizer production. Embodiments of a system as discussed herein present an economically viable algae production system and process that allows algae-derived products such as fertilizer, feed, biofuels, etc. to compete with non-organic or petroleum products in the marketplace.
System and method for organically enhancing plant growth
A mobile, self-contained system for enhancing plant growth comprising: a mobile structure comprising a plurality of wheels so that the system can be moved; a vessel supported by the structure; a recirculating pump supported by the structure and exterior to the vessel, the pump having a first discharge line and a second discharge line; a generator supported by the structure; a vessel outlet from a bottom portion of the vessel to the pump; and an aerator for injecting air into the first discharge line; wherein the first discharge line extends from the pump directly into the bottom portion of the vessel, such that the contents of the vessel can be recirculated by the pump from the vessel outlet back into the vessel through the first discharge line and the second discharge line extends from the pump and is adapted for discharging contents of the vessel directly into an irrigation system.
High Value Organic-Containing Nitrogen Fertilizers and Methods of Manufacture
The invention is directed to organic fertilizers having commercial levels of nitrogen reacted with organic substances. The scalable process comprises adding an organic processing center to a fertilizer granulation plant specifically for the treatment of organics with an acid that acidifies, heats and liquifies a mix resulting in the hydrolysis of most or all organic material and polymers. For ammonium sulfate-based fertilizer this mix is only reacted with concentrated sulfuric acid. For ammonium phosphate fertilizers, this mix is reacted with both concentrated sulfuric acid and a concentrated phosphoric acid. The acidified organic mixes are piped to an existing or new granulation plant where it is injected with anhydrous ammonia in a tee mixer/reactor that results in a partially neutralized melt. Subsequently a sterilized and liquefied organic melt is sprayed over recycled bed material for production of granules before drying. Fertilizers made as disclosed provide a “green”, dual nitrogen-release profile when applied to crops releasing a bolus of nitrogen over one to two weeks following application followed by a slow or enhanced efficiency release of nitrogen over weeks of the growing season.
Efficient delivery of microorganisms produced from vermicomposting to soil
A process for the preparation of a soil inoculating composition comprising the steps of a) loading a vermicompost into a tank, b) adding a sufficient amount of water and molasses to vermicompost, c) breeding of microorganism in the mixture obtained in the step b), by adjusting the temperature to a range between 25-27° C. and by providing air into the mixture, d) forcing microorganism in the mixture obtained in the step c), to dormant state by d) adding a sufficient amount of molasses, e) bottling the composition obtained in the step d), for storage, f) resuscitating of microorganism in the stored composition from the dormant state to active state by diluting the composition with a sufficient amount of water before soil inoculation. An apparatus for producing soil inoculating composition comprising two concentric tanks wherein the inner tanks (104) holds the composition and the outer tank (101) acting as an heating system holds a liquid kept at a desired temperature by an heat control system (106).
Coffin in particular for burial in the ground
A coffin, in particular for burial in the ground, includes a bottom, side walls, a lid, a mattress and collecting means capable of receiving vital fluids under the mattress. The coffin also has oxygen-storage means enabling oxygen to be introduced into the coffin, humidifying means and heating means so as to generate, over time, conditions which allow rapid decomposition of the body.
